Ma'am how to control over sleep .. mn phle acche se focus se padhai karti thi in all mein ek achhi student thi .. lekin ab after marriage and baby ..padhai karne ka man toh h lekin focus concentration nhi rehta aapki video mn day 1 se dekh rhi hnu ..ur are an inspiration for many and Mee too. But I need your advise how to improve concentration and reduce sleep.
