I think there are still many things can be achieved (like technology advancement or so on),but the different things are : people are not willing to endure the process anymore (include tiredness,tedious or bored ), they want to "enjoy the process,"but if in that case ,there won't be any breakthrough(despite of fact people prefer to "learn things through play",but you just can't learn much through that way ) Since current earth are facing many challenges,the pressure maybe just will be higher.hmm

Is this a different version of the making of? Where did you got it? As far as I know, the laserdisc version was a bit different (and got a small sequence where you could see SGI workstations clearly).
got it from nyaa and yes it is a different version, Making File Remix quote from the video "MAKING FILE REMIX PATLABOR 2 THE MOVIE is comprised of material from MAKING FILE 1 from the PATLABOR Complete Works LD box set (released 10/1994) and PATLABOR 2 Access the Movie (released 7/1993)" by looking for it on nyaa, I was only able to find Making File Remix
@@CaptStarlight hey thanks for reaching out you could upload it if you want, it's always great to see more patlabor stuff on youtube I have to mention though, I believe the old video that used to be up on youtube can be found on VK, the russian website so it might not be necessary to go through the trouble of ripping the dvds
