There used to be over 1 million animals at one time. 500,000 in the Leaf River herd and another 500,000 in the Georges River herd. It quickly slipped down to below less than 100,000 in each herd at one point. I hunted back in 2002 and was able to lake 2 Caribou at the time. Beautiful country and great people. Sad to see it gone. It will be back as with everything, there is a cycle of expansion and contraction
Great shot! I harvested a bull with Trevor in 2015, with a muzzleloader. They called him “Patches”. Great group of guys. It’s funny, Clint told my former boss, Ryan needs to use Bull Ridge. Thanks Clint!
I drew a black bear tag this year in NV. First time putting in and I had 0 points. Not sure how I managed that but if I had any luck winning the lottery, I think I just spent it all. This will by my first bear hunt ever. I’m not sure what areas are good to hunt, I guess I’ll figure that out when I get up there.
Wow! Congratulations guys!! Both of those deer are absolute hammers! Such a cool hunt! Nice shooting guys. Not sure if any of you guys are Marines, but Semper Fidelis!
How fucked up.......take out an old giraffe with about a year left to live, not out of kindness, but just because you want him to still look good as a trophy........you are wasting oxygen!!
Nice video and good work from the organic company, if you like working with other Spanish professionals I recommend Pedro Ampuero and Antonio Mora. viva la caza!! España siempre!!🙋🏼♂️🇪🇦
We were in the same boat. Nevada native too, my daughter has not drawn for a Nevada Junior tag for the last 2 years. We got invited to TX where she harvested 2 whitetail with 2 shots in 2 days. It's more fun to watch your kids be successful than hunting yourself. Great job.
Hard earned. Congratulations, Michelle. I never knew this show existed. However, I do know the Dianda's and Capurro's built Reno and a bunch of western Nevada.
