For this setup, you kept the NPP (which I want to do) and just had them weld on pipe in place of the mufflers yeah? Seems simple enough. I have done the fuse pull on my 17 2SS and I want to keep NPP in tact just for the sake of itself, factory functionality and all that. Shouldn't cause a CEL if you do it that way, from the way I understand it. I think a rear cat delete just wouldn't be loud enough for me. Drone manageable? My Daytona 392 had a mid delete with a little drone, wasn't bad.
I've seen it work on Fox body Mustangs where the OE sound deadener is spay on foam like material that turns rock hard. But its also not as thick & gooey as what you have. Might help by placing s blanket/towel over the top of the dry ice. This may help hold the cold in better?
I just did this to my car. It was a pain. But yea I peeled as much up as I could. Then hit the rest with a propane torch and scraped it off as it melted. Then cleaned up with a wire wheel on a grinder
@@goosseperformance1444i wish there was. Once the floor was cleaned up and the rust removed, i coated in por15 and put the killmat in again so i can repeat the process again years down the road. 😅😅😅

hellcat fuel pump is $125, this controller is $400, i doubt you'll ever kill 3 pumps in the life of the car even running them 100% on all the time, i got 9 years and 150k miles on a 255lph pump running it 100% all the time off a relay. unneeded product unless you need to limit voltage to the pump because the pump is over-running your fuel systems return capacity, or if you have a returnless system. running just off rpm's as the trigger is not a 100% solution either, you can be high rpm low load or low load high rpm.
In auto zone I was just asked the same question. Who makes it. Ugh, so sad. I was sure to bring the car by there to show the employees, that's right 2 of them had no idea, but hopefully now they'll remember what s chevelle is.

Hey brother, awesome video!! I do have a question what spark plugs do you recommend on a 81 Pontiac firebird thats ls swapped with short headers. Seems like anything I have either rubs on the headers or can’t even plug in correctly do to the header being in the way. Thanks for your help.
