Written pattern :) make a mc, ch 3, 11 DC in mc. ch 3, INC in each st all around. (24) ch 3, INC, 2 DC in each st around, slts to 3rd ch. (32) ch 3, INC, 3 DC in each st around, slts to 3rd ch.. (40) ch 3, DC for 37 sts, sk 3. (40) ch 1, turn work and start to DC around again.. no slts just turn and keep workng. (40) repeat round above 4 more times.. 6 rows in total.. (40) Now for the RUFFLES.. my pattern instead of the little frills. I'll put the frill pattern below if you want that instead <3 (Frills) 1 DC, 3 DC in next st.. repeat till one st is left.. 1 DC in last st. ch 1 and FO. (Big cute ruffles by me) Assuming we are starting from the last DC row from before.. Make 3 TC in the first st.. repeat for EVERY st.. so 37. (37x3 = 111 sts) once at the end of the whole row, ch 1 and FO. Enjoy! (Ties) Find a good place to add the ties.. make a slipknot, attatch to spot you pick. ch 45 and slts down the whole thing.. and once at the end slts in the spot you started at. @sherinetobias5465 you can work both ways if you want to count 3 chains as a stich you can and if you don't count as a stich ignore it .infact this 3 chains is actually to maintain the length of DOUBLE CROCHET.
