Hi😊. It's called millet flour. You might also know it as ragi, milo or indian millet. I used finger millet variety which is the most common type in my country. So sorry I don't have a container to show you. Hugs and blessings ❤️
Oh I've no doubt you'll love it. The chapati ends up with a lovely chicken flavour and the greens make you feel like you are eating something healthy 😊
Cheers Annette, it was really tasty and could have been less crumbly. If you can find xantham gum add about 1 tbsp. It should bind up all the ingredients bulungi😊❤️
I tried this method and it left the oil, which had only been used once, dark, cloudy, pungent & un-usable. Did I do something incorrectly or does this method simply not work in real life? 😢
Many thanks for your comment. I can't actually relate with how your oil turned out because that hasn't been my experience; especially that part about the oil turning out dark and pungent. As I mentioned in the video, the cleaned oil sometimes turns out cloudy but will become clear again once it's reheated. Blessings ❤️
I bought an ILAG Peter Cook Marble frying pan Today. Thanks so much for yer help in seasoning it. I wasn't sure how to use it properly lol. Thanks again. :)
Hi, thanks for your comment. I've made what I do on this channel very clear (read my channel description, banner and my logo).....I share recipes for the spirit (word) and body(food) and whatever else from around the kitchen. Please feel free to skip the 20-second "preaching" section or to not watch my content at all. But I will not stop sharing the Word here. Blessings and great day❤️
