What a great price/value. Not sure how DR Horton is able to offer these prices. If this was KB,Lennar or Richmond it would easiest be over $700k. Especially with that lot size!

Is nice. I wish it has more light with the two two stories houses at each side it is a little dark. However is the right size for a small family, or seniors. For americans it might be small, however is perfect. Easy to clean, easy and less expensive the maintain. Nice home. Thank you for sharing

Not a fan of the side entry AT ALL! Maybe on a townhouse but not a single family detached. Other than that …. Love the layout. That bdrm and flex attached is like a next-gen w/o a kitchenette 👍🏼. This house is upgraded very well and the finishes are top notch! ❤
Is there venting above the stove? Is it 9ft or 8ft ceilings on the 1st and 2nd floor? Are the cabinets soft close cabinets? Are there any incentives for the buyer?
Hello Daniel. Great questions. Yes it has vent above stove. Ceiling are 8ft first and second floor. Cabinets can be upgrade to soft close if you wish to. Right now they are offering rate buy down and money towards closing cost for September closings. Let me know if you have any other questions. Here to help
I love the fact that it has a dual master. Single homes don’t have that much less a townhome!! Pretty awesome. It would be helpful when u tour these models …. To point out what is or isn’t an option so we know approx total cost. Thx

Interesting. Dark carpet is very strange. It also has an entry level fealing. Like those prefab showers vs real tile. A little cheap. Good price for sq ft.

This loft is enormous. I'm noticing alot of the new homes are not coming with tubs in the primary anymore. Do you have to get in early now to get a tub, because that's a deal breaker for me?
