i accidentally landed in the window instead of falling into the pit with the 3rd reactor core. If you parkour onto the platform over the pit, there is a message that says "Nice jumping skills" :)
If you ever need the door code. Its in the area where you fall really far into a dirt pit filled with water at the bottom. Pay attention to whats down there. <3
The new password for the door is 41352 I think. Based on the 3rd cylinder's location in the sewers with the bones in the water, they show the numbers to the password - thanks to haruka3203

Dude. You guys. Slow this down to .75x playback. I didn't realize I still had it that slow from another video and HOLY SHIZZ IT MAKES IT 1000000X CREEEEEPIERRRR SOMEHOWWWW!!! 😱😂😳 Also, it makes reading the subtitles that aren't voice acted easier lmao 😅 GREAT GAME!! And thank you for the walkthrough!!
The shapes puzzle is such a royal pain in the ass, it actually makes me want to figure out a way to cheat for noclip. Bullshit puzzle. "Oh, the vent broke under this precariously placed triangle, and now you can't knock it down? Guess you better start this whole process over again, sucks to suck!" Infuriating.
Same thing happened to me earlier, managed to knock it down just by throwing rocks at the platform form the side, although it did take about 5 or 10 minutes
It's not impossible to knock it down if it falls off of the vent cover but I agree that it sucks. Perhaps a kind of predetermined arc that you can see when you're about to throw something would make things easier
dont know if you noticed but your hunger and stamina started going down when you entered the final room. i would have stuck around and see if the insomniac could take you somewhere.
well, its not an ARG but i think the tutorial secret level will probably have an item or something at the end, and it will drop you right at the start of the game proper, and you will need to bring the item to somewhere
"ARG" is short for "Augmented Reality Game," and means a game where you have to do things in real life - dial phone numbers, visit web sites, go to certain real-world locations. This is a "VG," short for "Video Game," which is a game you play on your computer (or a special computer just for video games, aka a console). Hope this helps ☺
Actually ARG stands for ALTERNATE Reality Game. It is a type of unfiction where the story progression relies on outside community interaction, such as the community figuring out a code, if I recall correctly the code for the door initially was discovered by the community and wasn't in the game, thus making it an ARG
@@Epsicronics Only an ARG if you had to do outside-of-game actions to complete it. Looking stuff up on a forum doesn't count, that applies to every game. Not every video game is an ARG!
The door code changed in 0.8 and noone still posted it online. Besides, the previous one didn't make any sence anyway, I think someone just looked it up in game code.
in the dark dead end dirt room after the shape puzzle place, there's bones in the shape of roman numerals under the water that spell out the code. i felt so epic and smart and stuff figuring that out lmao
@@skookathing I actually had thought the bone placement with the roman numeral was the keypad. Then i did it from another perspective and that was indeed the code.
wish everyone would stop pretending this wasn’t a glorified half life 2 mod. Almost all of the sounds and sfx are from it and they somehow made the physics even more jank than it already was and made some items stupidly overcomplicated to use. Like the oxygen tank and scuba mask.
The half life sounds are temporary and are being gradually phased out for original sounds, and I'm not sure what you're talking about in regards to the physics engine. It used to be a lot jankier As for the scuba mask... You put it on the ground, you hold a tank in your hand, and you left click. How is that overly complicated to you?
@@RealVoiceguy1 except they aren't and half life did those mechanics better by simply pressing E to interact without a fucking phone dial menu just to eat a bag of chips or drink a soda can. There is truly no hope for stupid zoomer kids like you. It should be as simple as using the tank as "ammo" that is automatically equipped to the scuba mask. Instead of whatever overcomplicated bullshit you insist on defending. There's no point in further talking to you and I hope you will look back in years and go "damn, I sure was a dumbass kid lol." like you all do.
Because it's not, it runs in Unreal and is purposely designed to look and feel like source/half life, even designing the sandbox mode after Garry's mod. Items and the general inventory/interaction system could be more reliable and less complicated, true, but that's why the game is in pre-release. you know, the phase where a game is public before release specifically so the developer can get feedback and fix stuff like that? The game uses HL2 and source assets until they are replaced, with each update phasing out more of them, but it is supposed to invoke source/hl2 nostalgia through its aesthetic, which is impressive, mind you, because it was made in a completely different engine, so everything that looks uncannily source-like was deliberate and specifically designed that way.
It's really a shame that you're so antagonistic to people who enjoy a video game. It's okay to hold an opinion, but I'm not sure why you'd specifically seek out a votv video to tell people about it and try to personally attack people who like it. Before you mention the algorithm, you still chose to interact with the video. Thank you for boosting it just a bit further. Take a two week break, play your favorite game that isn't a comp shooter. Do something that makes you happy that doesn't involve trying to put others down. You'll be healthier mentally and as a result, physically. And have a happy Halloween
@@RealVoiceguy1 thanks, i was going to quit because i had a LLOOOTTT of printed and decorated stuff (i decorated the vents for the man who lives in it uwu :3)
You ever see that clip of The Simpsons where Homer signs up to win a free car? There's a pretty lady showing it off and he goes "do you come with the car?" She laughs and goes "oh, you!" Another man shows up to sign in and goes "do you come with the car?" And she goes "oh, you!" It doesn't relate I just wanted to ask
