I just found your tutorial when trying to find a cozy that I can use for my huge 24 oz. Ninja Shake cup, which is 9x4x4. It’s pretty wide as it goes up. I’m trying to figure out how to make this a little bigger but still have it fit snugly. It doesn’t have to be too tall. Any suggestions?
Hmm you’d have to maybe make a bigger base and just have more repeats as you go up. Probably some trial and error. Also maybe using a larger hook size as your cup is bigger too? Just some ideas!
@@mandiemomcraftteach802 ohh i figured it out. My 10 and 11 were much too loose went back to change color anyway redid those it fixed it. Thank you for the tutorial its amazing. I just shouldnt crochet until midnight or so after working.😴😴😂😂
I’m a beginner and your tutorial was so easy to follow that I’m beginning my second cup cozy! Thank you so much for making this video you’re such a great teacher
Hi i was wondering if you can tell me where you got you micro mini disks for your mini planners? I want to make some for gifts for friends and family. Thanks 😊
Hi, they came with the Micro, or you can find small discs from most craft store like Michaels, Joann or Hobby Lobby- or alternatively on the Happy Planner website :)
Just found your website. Wanted a cozy for the ceramic cup I got as a gift. Love the pattern. I worked from the PDF and didn't understand the " repeat row 7" for row 9 & 10. Came back to watch video and assume you meant to repeat row 8 rather than 7. Am I wrong? Was I supposed to use the third loop in Row 7 also?? Almost done but only one ridge at the lower edge. I reduced the height by two rows but the increase worked great. Thanks for the pattern.
Yes! Mine have lasted about 9 months so far, and there has been no change with the smooth ink! I recommend. But there is a little bleed through so I recommend putting something under the paper that you are using so it doesn’t go onto the second page. Because the ink is pretty wet, or that’s just mine! But I recommend :))
I know it’s been a while since you posted this but it surprised me when at the end you were asking for advice since you were new to tutorials and stuff. You did so well explaining everything and I honestly had no issues following this whatsoever, on top of the fact that your pattern is the only one I could find that was what I wanted! I have a hard time following patterns I do better with videos and your video was the only one with a cozy like this so I was very excited to find it!
I haven't picked up crocheting in a long time...well over a year. I just did a trial run with some junky dollar store yarn I had at home and was beyond impressed with how it turned out. Also, I'd say I'm definitely a beginner crocheter and this was so easy to follow! However, I don't own a cup that large. Do you have any suggestions in regards to how I can adjust to make it a bit smaller...length and maybe even circumference?
So happy to hear! You can try maybe going down a hook size and/or not doing the increase in round 18. I haven’t tried these things yet but it might work! Or maybe taking out one of the top and bottom hdc rows will make it shorter too :) hope that helps a little! Thanks for trying it out!
I have considered trying the Sharpie S Note Creative Markers as an alternative to the Zebra Midliners so thank you so much for your review! I must say that Sharpie has outdone themselves considering they are primarily known for their permanent markers 😊
Teairra Weiss thank you! I purchased them on Amazon! They’re on my Planner Favorites list in my store front Check out this Idea List on Amazon: Planner Favorites by Mandie www.amazon.com/shop/mandie.stayinspired?listId=17OMK33YQA88T&ref=idea_share_inf
