For all for whom this doesn't work. Try this solution: place both transmitters next to them (not like in this video, just next to them). On new transmitter, press button you want to map and hold for around 8 seconds, then release it. Now old transmitter press the same button three times each time for around 1 second. After that, press once the same button on new transmitter also for around 1 second. From now on button should be mapped to new transmitter. You have to do the same operation for other buttons as well as this doesn't copy whole transmitter but only button you press.
If this doesn't work, do the following: on the new remote, hold down the button you want to program for 8s, after that press the button on the old remote three times (about 1s per click), then press the same button on the new remote again for one last time. Wait 5s and the remote should work. I was standing right next to my gate, not sure if that is required. I had an ERA1 transmitter already programmed and used it to program an ERA2 transmitter.
I followed this procedure and once the gate opens the LED display just reads “AUTO CLOSE 15s” but does not countdown or proceed to close. I cannot find any troubleshooting information on the auto close feature online. Any help would be appreciated.
If you have the option selected for Power Fail Open, it will override the auto close and put it on hold until main power is restored. If you are testing it with battery power, the board thinks there was a power failure and is opening for emergency purposes.

Yeah.. total BS. Doesn’t work. So I paid €25 for a gate fob saving €45, as the gate company wanted €70. Now they still want €70 as a call out to come and program this one!!!
For me trhis is how it workt. I was standing approximately 1 meter away from the Nice SPin control box. 1Ș I pressed the new fob button for 8 seconds. 2 I pressed on the old fob button 3 times 1 second. 3 I pressed on the new fob button to confirm. waited 5 seconds and it worked. This was the only way it worked for me.
I have a 2 push button station( up and down only). How do i wire one of those RF gadgets with a remote control, without disabling the old buttons? Can i do it in paralel? Thanks
This product is a piece of shit. Has not worked properly since day one. And now after calling support and doing their recommendation for troubleshooting a completely stopped working. It is stuck at the gate open. Shitty customer service is shitty product
Man, i have watched this video like 5 times to reprogram the board over the last 6 months because i never have the manual with me at the gate. Super helpful! Finally replaced the battery so hopefully the last time i need to watch for 5-10 years 🤞

I left a piece of plastic pipe in the path of the door, which stopped and jammed the door. I removed the obstruction, but now, my push buttons do nothing. The door doesn't work. I have 2 doors, and the other one works fine. There was no issue prior to this. Please help! Thank you!

You need to make sure the battey in the donor transmitter is new/good. I tried several times without success but changed the donor battey and worked first time.
Man I have the same exact models, & I can’t get my new remote to work. I didn’t think about the battery. I hope that’s what’s wrong with mine, because I’ve wasted hours upon hours trying to program these dam remotes.
