Is that the Philippines version of sheetrock/drywall? It looks very flexible. The suspension doesn't seem to be squatting much judging by the gap between the tire and wheel arch. Hope you made it home without any issues.
the problem in the philippines is the high humidity of around 80 percent relative humidity. circulation fans can relieve the high temperatures, but do little coz of the high humidity. best solution is to get a good dehumidifier with a tank of around 30 litres [a carrier unit costs around 15,000 peso]. that will lower the humidity in a normal sized bedroom [approx 20 to 25sqm] to below 40 to 50 percent - feels cool and comfortable. no need for airconditioning - dehumidifier typically uses around 0.3 to 0.4kw/h, whereas airconditioning uses around 0.8 to 1.2kw/h. if u have installed an airconditioner, try using dry mode instead of cool mode - that shud reduce ur power consumption by half....remember that current power cost is over 14 peso/kwh, so running one aircon unit for 9 hours a day will cost close to 4,000php/month.
I thought this was someone else's property, and you were just kinda guarding it while they were overseas. Sorry, I have not been watching much youtube. latetly
I think if you want more people commenting on your video you gotta' get back to your old time videos. That home build in the mountains was exciting stuff. This new build...not so much. Yah, I know it's wonderful, but we see this stuff daily in North America. So, here's my suggestion for what it's worth. More videos of Beth riding her scooter. Terrence riding his sport bike. How about building a wonderful Neepah Hut in the back of your property. Your students could build it maybe? Just a few ideas. All the best!
Thank you all suggestions are welcome. Regarding our building of the little Red 🏡House and how much fun it was. I agree but this is the construction stage on our resort, the more interesting stuff is yet to come. I have claimed the two room suite as my workshop and will begin designing and building the cabinets and furnishings for the first room in another weeks time.. -- I want that to be fun. I used to design and build custom furniture when I lived in California so it's back on the tools for me.
Panasonic inverter. Whatever you get, get one with a high EER/SEER rating. You save a few pesos buying a cheap low EER one, but a more expensive high EER one will save a LOT on the electric bill.
Being busy keeps you young (& fit). I think you fit the same category as me in so far that we were put on Earth to do a certain amount of tasks and we are running so far behind that we will live forever. Keep smiling Terence.
You will need that workshop functioning soon as the building is on the final run to completion. After what I saw you build on the mountain, I have no doubt that what you build will have function and form. It was great chatting to you today.
We have conventional four burner gas oven -- it's brand new but my Hill top farming extended family ( and wife) think it's going to explode so it's never been used 😳
@@AForeignerinthePhilippines LMAO I was dating a girl and had a camper that sleeps 6. I had everything a bathroom kitchen with fridge and stove with oven. More of camping with out camping. But the girl did not want me to light the oven she said the same thing it will blow up. I had about enough of that and well decided to keep her up late so she would sleep in. I made fresh coffee and cooked her a nice home made breakfast Then I handed her home made Biscuit's and she loved them and asked were did I get them I said I baked them. She at first was shocked then said wait you baked them in the stove while I was sleeping? I said yes I did. She then said what if the stove blew up.? I said well it would have shot you straight to heaven and save you a trip but it wouldn't last long. She said why I said you remember the old saying what goes up must come down? She said yes I said God will look at all you did and send you back to where you came from lmao.
I have been a subscriber for this channel for many years I think Beth was 24 or 25 not sure it's been a long time. Most times I don't comment thinking it is what others are going to say as well. Some times I don't comment because I didn't hear a word they said lol. Some people that are making videos forget who is watching the videos and just start talking thinking everyone will know what they said. But I also don't comment when the person makes a video is so shaky I can't watch the video at all or they move around so fast you can't see what they are showing. But non the less I never forget to hit the thumbs up even if I can't watch the video.
