Bro built his own tribe city. It would be cool if in an update you could convince some tribal people to be your companions. Or maybe other survivors that arrive
I'd really enjoy this game more if it wasn't for everytime I meet a part of the story I get killed by a f jaguar and then have to restart all over its sicknen
That's what horror survival is all about, you have to sneak around the forest :) I was very careful and always listen to what is going on around me and dont rush. There are places where cats do not attack. Playing for some time you can quickly learn in which places you can meet them or never not. However, you must always be ready for it and have bandages and worms. Remember to make some armor from banana leaves and sticks, it helps a lot at the very beginning. It protects you from spider and snake bites, ants or bees when you run through the forest.
Okay I gotta know.. how much real life time have you spent on this? This is insane. I almost feel like it would be boring after so long because you would just have everything and no need to leave your village?
That's exactly right. I built everything I could and didn't have to leave the village. I had plans to build bridges all over the map so I wouldn't go down to the ground at all :D it seems boring but the rhythm of the day (in the game) is very intense and you have to be very but very careful whatever you do, you have to be ready for anything. Playing a level where you have one life changes a lot, especially when you have survived so long.... and somehow it worked out that you built an empire in the middle of the jungle :P. It took me about a month or a month and a half of life, I played practically every day for a few or even 12 hours per day. . . . Ps. I broke my leg and did rehabiliation. had a lot of time :)
A few months ago, before the update, you could pick up as many items as you wanted by using crafting and put there all muds. You were overload but still can walk from beach to tree house and leave it next to rope.
Man that build amazing i just started getting back into GH a cple days ago ive had it since launch and never really played but this time around I'm really getting into it
This is a very boring game, because you end up with a big built home but lonely in the middle of the jungle, no girls, no wife, no children, no friends, no natives to fight with ....😢 boring after all...
Good point, but this is not Sims. Natives visit you time to time, you can also fight with cats while you go somewhere. A update with monkeys stealing food from your house would be interesting.
It's the purest survival game I have ever played and if you play on Green Hell difficulty then natives can be a constant hassle. Also, coop is a good option for not being lonely. The SOA dlc adds a ton of stuff to the story part as well
@@angiezepp5330 True. I started trying The Long Dark a few days ago and it's also very survivally :P Opposite type of climate though. So far I'm enjoying it, very interesting. I would recommend it as well.
Gets better the farther you get. You can farm, build, raise animals and live in the trees. The story is good and the DLC expands on it with even more content than the original story mode has.
Thanks! When I started the game at this level (with Permadeath) I didn't expect that I would survive longer than a week. This was my first experience with Permadeath, before I played only story mode. I'm showing at first my first "home" . I created the second one on water and the third on a tree. I really wanted to make it to a full year in this game and also I was preparing for the one month vegan challenge.
