To clear up any misconceptions from what I'm seeing in the comments: This is absolutely the address - 701 North Topanga Canyon Blvd - where Alan Blind Owl Wilson's body was discovered in a sleeping bag. Another youtuber with an "Irrefutable Proof" video secured a copy of Alan's death certificate and the certificate is displayed in the video. The location of his passing is very clearly listed on his death certificate as this address. So, there should be no questions as to where he passed/where he was discovered dead. Now, the derelict structure currently at the location was constructed in the 1990's and never finished, so Bob Hite's house, as it existed back then, is no more. I'm not even sure that there would be evidence of the old house still there, but someone on reddit did post a picture of what they're claiming is Hite's destroyed house after a flood (the bridge you cross to get to the house goes over a semi dry river that is absolutely prone to flooding). The pic on Reddit does look like the same location, so there's a good chance that pic is legit (link to pic: www.reddit.com/r/AlanBlindOwlWilson/comments/14vur5b/701_n_topanga_canyon_blvd_property_where_bob_hite/). Finally, while I do certainly respect Fito De La Parra's opinion - he did know Alan and I did/do not - I do not believe Alan Wilson killed himself. He had just started Music Mountain to save the California Redwoods he loved so much. Would a guy focused on saving the environment and helping the world kill himself so soon after just starting his mission??? It has been said that Alan was found with his hands crossed over his chest - that's how I sleep when on my back especially in a sleeping bag, so that doesn't seem weird to me like it does to other people- and there were more pills found in his pockets (e.g. he didn't take all the pills he had... if he were trying to kill himself, I think he would've taken all the pills he had, no?). Apparently he had fallen into taking barbiturates to help him sleep and I wonder if he thoroughly knew about the dangers of mixing alcohol with barbiturates??? If he was drunk that night and took a few pills before going to bed, he may have thought nothing of it and not realized he had just given himself a lethal cocktail. What has always been unclear because of different accounts I have heard, is whether he was sleeping behind the house in the yard or if he was sleeping on the hill behind the house. The reason this is important to me is that I'd love to see that property purchased and developed into a memorial area for Alan with the exact spot he was found recognized. I guess the only way to figure that out would be to get the actual police report with any pictures if they still exist and try to triangulate locations based on any distinguishing features that may still be there today. A bit of a mystery for sure and I think we'd all agree the world would be a better and different place if he were still here amazing us with his creativity. A genius for sure and taken from us too soon.

So my sisters and I regularly do haunting investigations....we've been all over LA....but we would love to do an investigation with you...I did the insane asylum with a friend from 9 PM till 1pm....had some weird experiences...this was in 2014.....I've known you as a drummer since 1986...started in 1977 for me....anyway we love this paranormal stuff....thanks for your site we love it....by the way I'm 55 now...my sisters 57 and 62......love ya Rikki.
