I tried several times, and it didn’t work, it was only when I put exactly 500ml of water in the tank that it worked, I guess instructions are meant to followed to the letter 🤣
I tried following the instructions and all it does is the highest bar continually blinks with the descale light. It doesn’t make any noise or do anything. I noticed that the water was barely coming out when I brewed coffee so thought it must need to be descaled. Apparently there is something wrong with this machine. It’s been sitting here blinking on the highest bar for 5 minutes

The lesson learnt is use 500ml of water and let it run out and and let the motor groan in protest, it will then enter the waiting mode and finish the process
Perfect result. The first time I did it I just filled the tank and nothing went to plan with the video but when I stuck to the detail of 500ml everything went according to plan. The devil is in the detail!

i tried to decalc it. When the water tank gets empty i cannot get it to go further, it doesnt start after refilling again and buttons dont work anymore. So power out and still the orange warning on. To the recycle bin with it. Worthless machine

For those of you who have a problem with "endless" or very long discaling, that what helped me: 1. After you start discaling and the first water tank runs empty, DO NOT REFIL IT while it is in the machine or before the machine stops the process - after it runs out of water it can suck some air (for 5-7 seconds) and then it stops. 2. Now you take out water tank, refil it and launch the rinsing (the indicator of discaling should be in the middle at that moment). NB: For some reason, after point 1 while I was refilling the tank, machine decided to go through all levels of coffee size, but apart from that nothing happend. So it looked like as if you were making a large coffee, but no other sounds rather than light indicator moving. After that the machine got the indicator back into the middle and let me start the rinse.

1, fill the water tank fully 2, start the descaling mode and wait until the tank is totaly empty 3, it will start blinking again so refill the tank fully 4, now it is on level 4 but it will push the water constantly
I am having problems with descaling. My machine won't go on the descaling program. I tried to follow the instructions without the descaling program. After following the instructions, my light is still orange. What could be the reason why it's not going to the green light. Please help if anyone has any ideas what could be the reason!!
Happened pretty quick (less than 100 coffees) and exactly when i needed coffee before work. I went back to the store on the next day and switched it with real coffee maker that uses real coffee. Best part you won't be late for work bothering with crap made by Gusto Scams I can't stress enough how happy I am to get rid of this one-armed bandit machine.
