What is the most important thing in Islam that Muslims are unaware of? . The most beautiful thing in Islam is the tauheed or the oneness of Allah. It is the real miracle of Islam is the Quran. . And the Quran is a book of tauheed. Tauheed rescued humanity from the bondage of other men, kings, saints, superstitions and brought humanity in the service of the real Master-Allah. . I start with the name of Allah. . O Allah, we ask you for peace and blessings upon our prophet Muhammad. . Most Muslims think tauheed is saying ‘no God but Allah’, and not bowing to anyone besides Allah. But tauheed concerns the heart more than it does the body. . ‘There is no God but Allah’ is a sum of no and yes. Without saying no to everything besides Allah, you cannot reach Allah. . The Quran says on the first page - You alone we worship, and from You alone, we seek help. . ‘you alone’ means sole, reserved, and exclusive to Allah. . Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (may Allah’s mercy be upon him) says, ‘Beg of Him and do not beg of anyone besides Him. Ask Him for help and do not seek help from anyone besides Him. Trust in Him and do not trust in anyone besides Him.' - 47th discourse in the book, Al Fathah Ar Rabbani, page 281. . To understand Tauheed, you must also know what shirk is, as they are both opposites. . Worship belongs to Allah alone. When you give a share of it to anyone else, you create a partner with Allah. People don’t know that dua is worship and its peak. . Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (may Allah have mercy on him) says in his book, 'shirk can be outer or inner. Outer is the worship of idols, while the inner is to trust creatures and regard them as the source of harm and benefit.' - Al-Fath Ar-Rabbani, 34th discourse, page 212 . Shirk happens when you show over-reliance on your material possessions and forget that everything is in the hands of Allah. See Sura Kahf verses 32 and 42. . Shirk happens when you obey your desires and disobey Allah. You become so engrossed in obeying your desires that Islam takes a backseat. See Quran chapter 45 verse 23, where obedience to desires is equated to worship. (‘Have you seen him who has taken his desires as his god’) . Islam means submission to the will of God but if you submit to your desires, you are not obeying Allah. . Shirk also means to change the place of Allah. When you love anyone other than Allah, and you think that someone other than Allah can help or harm you, you change His place. This is what the Christians do and what some Muslims do. This is ‘shirk’, and an unpardonable sin in Islam. . Muslims must take this message to everyone they know. . Tauheed is the first step in Islam and is the basis of every good. -- The verses in which the word ‘only Allah’ is mentioned indicate tauheed. If you see the words ‘other than Allah’ in an ayat, it indicates shirk. What is the real miracle of the Quran? . I start with the name of Allah. O Allah, we ask you for peace and blessings upon our prophet Muhammad. . Tauheed [Oneness of Allah] is the real miracle of the Quran. ‘Your God is One God.’ - the Quran 2:163 . For ages, human beings have been subjugated by kings and priests. Today they are under the slavery of governments. And almost everyone is a slave of their desires. These desires force them to worship idols, money, property, education, capitalism, or socialism. This is the worst kind of oppression. . Islam freed people from serving other individuals or their desires and led them to serve Allah. . Tauheed is present in other books also, but neither priests want to teach it, nor followers want to hear it. . ‘Your God is One God.’ See Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:29. . See these partial verses reproduced from Svetasvatara Upanishad. There is no image of him whose name is Great Glory. [Verse 19]. His form cannot be seen, no one perceives him with the eye. Those who through heart and mind know him thus abiding in the heart, become immortal. [Verse 20] “You are unborn,” [verse 21] . Now you must take this message to those whom you know. . What has the tauheed given humanity? . Tauheed released humans from the bondage of everything besides Allah. For example, other humans (like saints, priests, false gods, and superstitions) or self-desires. Islam means submission to the will of Allah, not your will or anyone else’s or your desires. Submission to God comes from fear of God. When you consider Allah as the sole source of harm or hurt, you stop fearing the creation and start fearing Allah only. Can Desires become God? [Have you seen he who has taken as his god his [own] desire, and Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil? So who will guide him after Allah? Then will you not be reminded? - Quran 45:23] Satan enters your mind by arousing desires. [And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss. - Quran 4:119] [And his soul permitted to him the murder of his brother, so he [Cain] killed him [Abel] and became among the losers. - Quran 5:30] You can submit to Allah only if you say no to your desires. [And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] home.- Quran 79:40 and 41] [ [We said], "O David, indeed We have made you a successor upon the earth, so judge between the people in truth and do not follow [your own] desire, as it will lead you astray from the way of Allah." Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account. - Quran 38:26] [But if they do not respond to you - then know that they only follow their [own] desires. And who is more astray than one who follows his desire without guidance from Allah? Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.] --

Verily Allah planned it in a way that Islam is to be the final deen for humanity, respecting all other faiths predating it but making the Islam as the final version without any change or makeover, Allah made it complete for all creation to follow. I simply don't understand how people don't know this.
