Yes, Barnes And Noble has it in stock, I haven't really looked anywhere else but I know they have it. If you have trouble finding it, I noticed that it's listed as "goosebumps party game" instead of it's title, so look out for that
Honestly, the rules for this game are the worst I've even seen. Basically every turn there is some situation where the rules are unclear on what to do. I've played hundreds of games, I design both board and video games, even I couldn't make heads or tails with this one. Honestly, as a fellow designer - take 20 fresh players, give them the rules and have them play the game in groups and write down any and all questions/mistakes they might have. Then write a revised and detailed (this time) rules and post them online as a free PDF. Otherwise, this is one of the games that everyone will be playing differently. Terminology, wording and iconography are not consistent, making everything even less clear. But, start with the core rule set. And then perhaps add resolutions to confusing scenarios (that any player group is bound to get stuck on). It has been two years - if you haven't noticed, on forums, in comments on videos and everything, one question dominates - rules clarifications. You did a very poor job in writing the rules and the least you can do as designers/publishers is to make free PDF available with explicit rules and clarifications so that people who bought it can actually play it without spending half the time arguing about the rules.
Some of the chance cards say “roll with” while some say “roll against.” At first we assumed both players roll and the players add the totals or compare the totals, respectively. But there is a chance card that says “Choose another player to roll with. If you roll more than 5, pay 2 to the bank.” The smallest number on the die is 3, so every roll is higher than 5. Does “roll with” mean choose a player to physically roll the die together with?
