My biggest weakness is pretending to be all open and super spiritual, always convincing myself that I’m an alien, even though deep down I know I’m nothing special. Be aware of Bentinho Massaro. Research a little about his controversy. Like everyone there is a good part. But his motivations seems to be also a compensation of his ego and trauma. Wich we all do. His is so strong that he you can see it on his fame. Fame out of trauma we see all the time. But fame out of calmness and decission to face all fear? I have't got an quick example. See him aware as a reflection of what you want to heal by yourself.
Regarding your last relationship: People have now heard both sides of the story and you talking about hate towards the relationship and your ex-partner is very narcisstic, unfortunately.
Again: Clinics are not there to label and just medicate you. Do your research and find a proper clinic in Germany. There are a few really good ones. You apparently feeling good is part of the problem, this is what a psychosis does.
