Some days are harder than others to see any sort of value in one's self. To know an inherent value is one way to keep it "at hand." I know we're works of art, in the process of layering. Some days don't shine like the others. None of us nail it every day, true. Comparing ourselves to anyone else, a trap; costly and brutal. We don't always rise up, stand tall. We regret, we hate.
I don’t think, suicide can be prevented with reasoning, it has to be fixed emotionally. Great video tho, it gives hope, but by experience I don’t really trust hope anymore
We can get shocked or betrayed by almost anything. Things come from shadows to take what little we hold dear, cling to. Hope itself is what keeps us waking up, though it can seem elusive. Your pain comes through the text. For what it's worth, I care. Stranger on the internet, lol.
For me there’s no such thing as beauty in life. Doesn’t exist. Others are always the ones getting money, grades, partners, friendships. Me? Just the constant thought that no matter how hard u try it won’t work.
Seems you're fixated on all the things you don't have, others do. Do you believe those things that they have make life worth living? All things given can be taken away. All but one. My heart hears your pain. This is not written in scolding tone. Things are merely things. You are important. Here for you.

depression is a clinical illness that can become fatal, not to the fault of the individual , just like cancer and other illnesses can be deadly, as always supporting ill people will lead to more positive outcome but I don't think it's truly possible to "save" a person who is suicidal because its truly not their "choice", it's a severe illness
I’m stuck in a loop where I keep failing my exams/tests and I’m soo sad that I’m failing my parents who work so hard to pay for my school fees that I thought suicide would be the best solution as it would make my dad retire because he won’t have to pay for my school fees since I’m the last child in the family and everyday I tell myself let me just push one more day but the reality is that everyday will soon be years 😢
What's your goal? Is there any joy in chasing the degree? Anything you live for, enjoy, outside of it? Not everyone is meant for classrooms, I think! Sounds like it's very important to them.
This video popped into my video a couple on minutes before I was gonna end it I decided to watch it and although it’s still there in the back of my mind but I decided against it the only things that made me happy in my life was football,my sister, and my gf and that night i found out she was cheating on me and my world came crumbling down. thank you for saving my life
I didn't know how much this life meant until my brother stopped his. It gets so much better, then hard, then beautiful. Having a base of something, lots of options, can help make each day more bearable. There's reasons to stay. Many, weird, epic, lovely reasons. It just takes staying, one day at a time. 988 is there too, in emergency. I'm here as much as I can be. Stay!

I think this is a good asmr video! I think it didn't get that many views because the thumbnail and title don't really suggest what kind of triggers are going to be in the video? like I wasn't sure what to expect by "metal penguin" until I clicked. I think a picture of the penguin in the thumbnail would have been more inviting even, although the typography is nice! anyway, coming here after your most recent upload, and I really appreciate your work! thank you <3

If one has an arm, one gets to drink water with it, hug their children, pet or hold their favorite animal. Their eyes, if they work, provide sight, color, the joy of forms. Beyond that, their senses, if present, allow them to feel emotions brought from outside in, to savor things like beauty and nature. Art, creations from others who got to make and craft, write, do. Whether you're bound to your actions seems less critical to your question than enjoying the things you do. I see where you get this question, and respect the discomfort felt.
I have been in a deep depression for several weeks. It has come in waves for years - I've done all the therapy, medication, meditation. I know all the strategies to overcome it. But when I'm in it, like these moments, I really do struggle. Intellectually I know what makes me feel better is to go outside, meditate, read, be present and yet something stops me and I think randomly stumbling on your video has helped me. My mind has rigidly stuck to 'I HAVE to go outside because I know it will make me feel better.' Although it has been a valuable tool for me - the actual going outside - that shift in language of 'I GET TO' has genuinely lifted me up at the exact time, at my exact lowest. I think you should do asmr minecraft. Sodium, iris shaders (needed to run most shaders), and complementary shaders are the best mods imo. Just make sure the game audio is really quiet and itll be amazingly relaxing especially since id assume itd be a longer video .
I've been getting to know them, understand the nostalgia and vibe Minecraft produces. Spent a whole Saturday toying and recording. Really putting in work. Perhaps I'll give it another go, test waters!
