My name is Merveille I am African from Democratic Republic Of Congo but I live in the US in the State of Pennsylvania. I am on RU-vid to show my experience as an African living in America and more importantly encourage young African entrepreneurs that are scattered across the diaspora to invest in Africa. Also to promote African talents that sometimes do not get media attention they deserve. I believe it is my responsibility to speak positively about Africa to change the narrative that most people in different parts of the world have been told about Africa I want people to change their perspective of how they see Africa and encourage them to go visit rather than believe in what the media says.

Mbote family.. how much so you think someone would charge to rent land and what are the terms (times in months and plot size)? Thinking about land in a village just outside a town probably not too far from a big city
I am not sure how much it costs to rent from a privately owned farm but if I have to give a wild guess, I'd say it shouldn't cost you more than 600 USD for the whole year.
depuis à l'âge de 10 ans je connais le dirigeant papa freddy à tshela .. je l'ai vue encore 2024 depuis la France en bonne santé servir servir servir notre Dieu.
@@MerveilleFromCongo oh yeah, man. All these Californians, Jersey folks, new englanders moving here. Not appreciating us being fine with living in a shotgun house and creating neighborhoods that are perfectly normal in BosNYWash are freaking fancy here.
@MusaTravelDaily you're right it is a lot of money but keep in mind if you're frequenting high-end places on a regular basis the expenses will explode.
A lot of people are working to survive. Most people (regardless of where you’re from) will work until you’re DEAD!!! Some laugh at some of the stuff going on in America not realizing, this is the side effect of capitalism (Crime, drugs, murders, homelessness, soup kitchens, slums, poor schools etc.)
@@MerveilleFromCongo if you look at Americas history, let’s say the last 400 years. The rich set up a system to enrich themselves. Like in a horse race. Put blinders on the horse, then place a carrot 🥕 in front of the horse ( just out reach, one day the horse thinks he’s going to taste it) now run the horse to death “work until you’re dead”. Now the jockey is celebrated. Put in the minimal amount of work and get all the rewards. Poor horse
You are right! However, it pains me to see the so called richest country in America, but does not take care of their ppl! It depends not only where you live, but how you live! Are u living above your means, education, health etc. It all plays a role! The cost of living is so expensive now, your pay increases will never support the standard of living!! We have so much corruption and greed it over powers everything, especially our political system.
