@@akiraakish5130 it depends in the microwave setting you have and size of your frozen rice. I just pushed the “ heat button “ and choose it high or low. I prefer low.
I make ice cream using egg yolks and I once had a recipe for brownies using the leftover egg whites. We didn't like those brownies so I usually just cook the whites for our dogs and chickens. I decided to look again for recipes using leftover egg whites and I found a bunch of angel food cake recipes. I watched several to learn how to make angel food cake but I got rid of my angel food cake pan. Then I watched your video and decided I could try cupcakes. I had more egg whites than your recipe calls for and I just used them all. Waiting for the baking right now and I will update this comment after I taste them ❤

I don't understand why people use gloves to cook for themselves. It's a video of food you're making for yourself. Even most high end restaurants don't use gloves. You just wash your hands a lot.
If I’m not making cooking video I usually used my hands, but it’s hassle to wash hands again and again while touching my camera and so on… especially when it’s oily. Removing gloves is easy and lastly it’s very consuming time.Thanks for the comment,
