@@brandonfish5778 oh yea! My old co worker used to do training like that they would focus their sessions on boxing cardio as well some times but also be well rounded in general outside of boxing! :)
Hey Gigi, great video thanks! What was the commission structure as a pt? Can you sell a 6 month package for other trainers and get paid straight commission?
From what I remember you don’t get commission, it’s based on whoever does the sessions themself. I signed up people but I didn’t get commission just credit for it

Probably about 12-15 before I left I signed a lot of people up but couldn’t start with them since I was moving! I think I would still be there but eventually would have left!
I might potentially get an interview with crunch fitness soon in New York City. I currently don’t have my personal training license though, but they said that I’ve moved onto the second stage and I have a possibility of an interview. Do you think that I should get that before the interview or is that something that I can get during the on boarding process
@@NYJFanview depending on their goal and I’m rusty I think the safest thing we always recommend is 3x a week and do exercises that are leg strengthing and working on the weakness areas that maybe are making the leg injury hurt etc I had a client with a sprained ankle so it’s definitely doable we did more rehabilitation and stability exercises first before anything

Really I didn’t experience this sorry you did! Make sure you have some type of wax remover wipes/ aloe/ oil to remove it easier I’m not an expert as you can see 😭😭

SOMEONE HELP! I have bad anxiety but going to my first momocon. So Yuri Lowenthal for example: he has a signing at 3. When do you line up? How long does it take? Like will we waiting for HOURS? What should I expect?
I got my autograph from him last momocon, I honestly got in like the first day of the convention as soon as the autographed came out I was there before they were, some people don’t come the first day so I get mine then, you may def wait in line atleast 30-40 so it should be a blocked off time for autographs on your schedule, I don’t think for hours but you definitely will wait longer on a Saturday! Bring water bc the voice actresses came late last year so I started getting fatigue and dizzy bc I hadn’t ate yet so just bring water in line in case they are 30 mins late etc, you’ll probably make friends to the people your in line with! Have fun!! I’d get in like latest 2:45 maybe latest 2:30 depending on how many people you already see in line or not. If there’s no one there really then your good but if you see like 2:30 or before a line forming I’d get in it as quickly as possible
You can definitely become self employed, if we both got our certifications on 2 different yet uniquely needed courses & positions also with NASM🙏🏼💯✝️🦾🙌🏼🤞🏼❤️
I try! It’s still hard and to this day I struggle with loving too hard but you’re right! I’m better holding my ground now than back then so it had taught me something!
Let's not generalize. There are good men but you have to trust your intuition. I feel this is a God given gift. Unfortunately most men see women as resources to take from. Most. Not all. It's best to be friends and learn his character & values.

Soooooo I just want to say how brave you are for posting this. I’ve been with toxic people before that just have you at your low..and it’s the worst! You feel amazing once you find the courage to leave and know your worth. Happy for you and pray God brings you nothing but blessings ❤
