“Where Christianity first got its hold in Spain” through the Inquisition. Torturing and burning Jews and Muslims, putting people on trial for supposed witchcraft and murdering them, etc.
I just found out about a very early car company in Toledo called the Pope Motor Car Company, and their best car was called the Pope Toledo. I wonder if that had anything to do with it.
I am kind of disagree is actually more work printing underbase and also jeopardise registration because it has to be perfect in a single colors and even multiple colors . Underbase is in the past when Max opaque and additives didn't exist , but now for years ago we have modiffers of opacity and special Max opake inks . I can print an excellent print no underbase using a Super opaque Ink with its proper additives . You have a great Print chop .
I've never tried max opake inks without an underbase. I'd be curious to see how they perform. With the right press, registration isn't an issue. As always with screen printing, there is more than one way to get the job done. And if the customer is happy at the end of the day, that's the most important thing.
Thanks! 280 and 305 definitely give you a soft hand feel. I generally don't go over 230 on the manual since it gets harder to push the ink through as you go up.
@@jupmode Hey bro I have a question, I'm trying to screen print for the first time and I'm getting major smudging. Possible causes I thought of are im pressing too hard, too much ink, and 0 off contact. I'm using 160mesh screen, aluminum frames, speedball ink. Appreciate any advice
@@smokecache It's hard to know without seeing it but all of those causes could be right. I would start by adjusting your off contact. If it smudges, wipe the screen clean, make an adjustment, and try again. One of the great things about screen printing is that you get to try, try, and try again until you get it right. It took me a while to figure it out.
The printer in this video is the Epson P5000. We've gone through a handful of printers in this line - 4800, 4900, and 5000. It's a roll printer which is really nice. We use Accurip with it.
This was a great night!! I miss my best friend Josh Ward and the Lele's! This was the one!! You'll do better in Toledo is awesome, don't get me wrong... But this one... This is the one I personally wouldve went with.
Excellent video, and thank you for supporting local business! "Small businesses are the lifeblood of the U.S. economy: they create two-thirds of net new jobs and drive U.S. innovation and competitiveness. A new report shows that they account for 44 percent of U.S. economic activity." Keeping Toledoans working should be our #1 priority, jobs are the fuel to keep our community strong! Thank you Jupmode for doing your part!
