The thing about the P-51 in War Thunder is that the game’s meta does not play to the P-51’s strengths (good high-speed maneuverability, very strong dive speed and acceleration, very strong energy retention, very high top speed), but instead to its weaknesses (mediocre low-speed acceleration, poor low to medium-speed maneuverability, mediocre climb rate). Really for the P-51 to be at its most effective, it needs to start with an altitude advantage over its opponents and use boom-and-zoom tactics-like how it did in real life due to its role as a bomber escort. Really what War Thunder needs is more varied battle scenarios, including air spawns for the P-51 and even custom battles where both sides can start the battle at over 10 km altitude (this would also allow things like the implementation of GM-1 nitrous oxide on the Ta 152 and the addition of the Bf 109G-1/G-3/G-5-which have cockpit pressurization and can be equipped with GM-1).
I learned from a furry on RU-vid that plays warthunder (name of creator: spookston) that the leopard has no armor because of anti tank rockets being a thing. Heavy armor would make it easy to kill with rockets because it’s so slow, but because it has almost no armor it can drive very fast and can often outrun anti tank missiles.
Some Good Vibe Surprised how much I Learnt Naturally is Here Also: Great for CAS but only The later Models like The 4B Obviously “Funne Fat Projection”
Aaaaactuallyyyyy, IAS is worse than TAS. IAS is indeed a measure of airflow over the airframe but TAS is NOT the measure of speed in relation to the ground. In reality, the TAS is the IAS, but with correction of instrument, compression, and air density. So for Aircraft, the TAS will be way more accurate when predicting performance especially at higher altitudes due to the difference in pressure.
what is the usual angle to climb using the 109? i saw that in a battle another 109s on the same variant climb faster than me, even though it was fully upgraded
The paper aspect is fucking hilarious because it doesn't just stop at its armor. If you hit a jump going 90+, your ass is FLYING over an stays in the air like it's actual paper falling from the sky lol

I wish matches weren't all 30 min. I'm all for a quick match sometimes but they need to have a choice of 30 min matches or longer matches. Seems like some of these planes can't get to altitude (or back up there) and still have time to implement a lot of tactics I hear about over the various channels. Maybe one day lol
IMO the belts are top priority to get first then the engine and body upgrades I’d rather kill my enemy in a few shots then fly away then prolong the fight
British mains: the most annoying players to fight. Not because of them being the most skill or anything, but because they show up at the *WORST* times in planes/scenarios where you can’t defend yourself in
