Your content is very nice, regularly uploading your content but no views, no subscribers, how is it possible ? Definitely, there is a problem.. "your channel and contents are not well optimized. video not SEO friendly, ,not enough tags and etc. If you solve these problems, it increases reach and helps to get more views, watch time and subscribers which help to get your monetization.

Hi, Greg Olynyk I was analyzing your RU-vid channel. And found some of major issue. I've identified some areas that I believe could benefit from further analysis. If you're interested, I'd be happy to provide you with a detailed report for your videos and channel. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, Symun

it was made of cheap plastic, and all pressure click attachments to empty filter, would probably break in a few months, cost 240$, they gave my money back. now use a piece of pillow stuffing in basket prior to stuff getting into sand filter when using regular vacuum system, seems to work well and not stop suction

Wonderful diversity. Just curious - where exactly do you enter the water? Google maps shows Pt Holmes as being near the corner of Lazo and Southwind Rd.
@ca5a
@ca5a Год назад
best to park opposite rocky reef west of boat ramp and walk over rocks to get into water there. the creek out flow makes the water often murky between ramp and rocky reef west of ramp
@ourniche
@ourniche Год назад
@@ca5a Thanks although I guess you meant to park east of the boat ramp not west? On google maps, I see a creek to the immediate west of the boat ramp. So entering on the east side (left of the ramp as viewed from the beach) would avoid this outflow. So then I guess you would keep snorkeling in the general left direction - ie in the Cape Lazo, Kye bay direction?
@ca5a
@ca5a Год назад
@@ourniche i meant i prk far west of boat ramp, along roadway, place whre can park 2 cars. Rock steps down to rocky shore
@ourniche
@ourniche Год назад
@@ca5a ok - very sorry to be a nuisance with these questions but I think I might see where you mean now - there appears to be a rocky area in the water about 100m out from the hightide shoreline and about 150m west of the ramp? Is that the "target" area for good snorkeling?
@ca5a
@ca5a Год назад
@@ourniche no worries, and yes, at low tide, you can see the exposed rocky reef, where lots of people tidal pool walk.

Hi, Just curious - can you snorkel from below the dam as far as Putledge Park without any trouble at that time of year?
@ca5a
@ca5a Год назад
Always need a floaty to float over rapids or shallow water, can be dicey, wear good booties
@ourniche

@@ca5a agreed. So did was all your snorkeling/salmon video in the area immediately below the falls? IE you didn't snorkel down the river below that area.

Fantastic underwater footage. Why was the gate closed so all those salmon cannot get upstream to spawn?
@ca5a
@ca5a Год назад
They open when they are ready to process them, take milt and eggs into buckets to raise in the hatchery there. You can visit and watch the process
@helenfox2435
@helenfox2435 Год назад
@@ca5a I've actually been a volunteer at the hatchery removing the eggs from the females into a bucket ready for "milting". Is the gate closed in order to build up the numbers of salmon to process? Seems a waste to prevent the salmon who are already there from proceeding upstream to spawn and have them die pre-spawning.
@ShenpaiWasTaken

That fish graveyard is crazy! Seems kind of wasteful as I doubt they spawned. :(
@ca5a

they may have spawned down stream, and all the nutrients feed all the river and ocean creatures.
