I can't get the chocolate to melt. It never gets melted. It just turns to mush nd I read to use coconut oil but it just doesn't work. I tried using a microwave at half power in 10 second intervals?!
This is really cool. I've never seen anything like this. Maybe I'm late to the party? It's definitely something I'm gonna try soon. Thanks for the video
I always see amazing cake ideas online, and I want to try them all😅. I can bake some good cakes and stuff, But I'm not that handy 😓 but I'm pretty good with no bake cheesecakes so that's something :3
I just did a practice cake for my daughters birthday and the bubble wrap step didn't work for me. First try it was too wet, second too dry. Was your cake freshly frosted and still tacky? I assume i put the wrap on too soon the first time and too late the second. It looks so easy. Meh
Oh no! You have to wait till the chocolate is cool enough that it's starting to set and then wrap it and leave it there till its fully hardened. It also helps to have a chilled cake to help the chocolate set faster
I had an issue where 1/2 of my candy was perfect and the other 1/2 had hardened a little too much. I still wrapped my cake with it and then used my hair dryer to warm up the candy that was too hard...worked perfectly!
Thanks¡ Another question. What do you think should be the candy melt behave of this cake on a sunny day under a tent? In a public park... Dou you think it can melt easily? Or will be durable? Thanks
