Wow I remember this. This would still play on some channels when I was a kid in the early 90s. Sometimes I'd wake up in the middle of the night wherever I was whether my room or a hotel room or even a friends house and the TV would be left on and I dunno maybe it'd be 3-4am and I'd get scared cuz the tone of the constant beep after the national anthem would play would be so loud with the colorful bars. Now that I see this as an adult in my late 30s, I'm taken back to shoe days. I think by the mid-90s they totally stopped doing this on TV altogether. Ah, I miss my childhood.......
Now this is the Church's that I remembered and loved circa 1985. My parents would go through the drive thru or either carryout to ask for those nuggets while they'll just get regular chicken.
Need to turn off tvs at midnight so people will start going to bed instead of watching mess and mental health is now such an issue because of peoples brains being overloaded with too much...
Mine was the man on the moon holding the American flag during the national anthem followed by "we will resume broadcast at 5am with the morning news" chhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......

Ppl laugh at other countries propoganda, but id u think about it, this was the start of the govnt realised everyone spent thier free time watching tv and stuck its hands in the media pie. So much of what we see, in the news esp, is all designed to make us think a certain way.
Programming the human brain followed by a high pitched hz to disrupt the penal gland and unbalance the chakras followed by static which is the hz of chaos, corruption and destruction. .
Play this back as slow as you can. Watch the lettering as they fade and roll in, and as it fades and rolls out. You might see something, a bit shocking.
