Such an impressive piece of kit and looks incredibly easy to fit and adjust. Excellent value for money too at £380, given how long this would last. Although there’s no price on peace of mind.
I’m sad that I no longer have a child small enough to rear face, the Movekid looks so easy to install and use. Mind you, we made it to age 8 in the Axkid Minikid 2 so I can’t complain!
The Movekid is a great value for money, Plus tested, 36kg ERF seat! This seat will last you all the way up to approx 7 years, so no need to buy another seat after your infant carrier. Baby & Co are always happy to advise.
Hi, Silver Cross do offer a universal adaptor that would be compatible with Maxi-Cosi car seats. I would suggest contacting Silver Cross Customer service to check whether the new Pebble 360 Pro has been tested on their adaptors.
Hi I’ve just bought the 360 and I can see in the demonstration you’re able to move the head rest, quite easily also. I’m trying to move mine and it’s not moving even if I want to lower it. Is there something I’m doing wrong. Thanks
I am demonstrating the pebble 360 pro. However the pebble 360's head support moves equally as well. Its difficult to tell without seeing the product. But make sure the harness to fully loosened. Pull on the grey tab behind the headrest to raise the headreat. To lower you will need to pull the grey tab as well as pushing down. Check the instruction manual for more detailed guidance. If you feel there is an issue your retailer should be able to assist you.
Hello i have a question, do you know if i can fold only the frame of Joe Finiti without the baby carrying component? right now we would like to use the infant carrier and would like to keep the frame folded while stored, but i didnt find a solution without attaching the initial component on. Thanks!
Hi, there is no duration guidance. The reclined position is recommended for newborns. The Pebble 360 Pro has been designed with ergonomics in mind. However please reach out to Maxi-Cosi customer service if you have any specific concerns.
Hi, The main difference is the pebble 360 pro reclines. The seat is also a little longer than the previous pebble 360. 87cm for the new one compared to 83 cm for the previous version.
Hi, The Coral varies from the Pebble 360 pro in several ways. The most obvious is the Coral 360 has a removable inner shell that weighs only 1.7kgs. We talk about this at around 3.25 in the video. The Pebble 360 pro has a longer shell (87cm) and has a recline function. The coral is shorter at 75cm. So the deciding factor would be the value of the recline function over a lighter option. I would recommend visiting your local stockist to take a look at the different options in more detail. Both could be installed with either lap and diagonal seat belt or isofix We are in Bristol if that is convenient for you.
Hi, We have experienced some that require a little more effort to slide in and out. However in general the action should be quite smooth and not difficult to do. I would suggest letting the retailer you purchased from take a look to see whether there is an issue.
Hi! Could you tell me the difference between Z and Z2 when it comes to reclining the seat in the car, when the seat is secured with belt, in other words- why is it considered not safe to recline Z? We have long travel ahead of us and we have Z one, also not being in a situation to upgrade to Z2 at the moment but we would like to recline the Z seat regardless because it would be way more comfortable that way for our baby. What exactly is the issue with safety there, is it that it's just not tested and the safety cannot be guaranteed or it is tested and proven dangerous/poor protection? Because they look almost the same.. Thank you very much for providing information!
Hi, Z1 is not designed to be installed with a seatbelt in the reclined position. There is a misuse mechanism that prevents the installation in the reclined position. As with any product, it is not advisable to use it in a way that wasn't intended. Cybex may be able to provide the technical reasoning behind this.
@@ishmaelanime741 On the meego website they state " Car seat adaptors - also compatible with Maxi-Cosi and Cybex infant carriers " However i would suggest you contact meego customer service to check whether the 360 pro has been tested and approved yet.
Am gonna be traveling inbetween US and UK. US market has car seat called cloud G lux instead of cloud Z, if I get the US market cloud G will it be compatible to the base of the cloud Z2 360 base while am at UK? Am thinking of a getting that base while am at UK but I don’t want to buy a new car seat!
Hi, North America and Europe have different regulations. It is highly unlikely the products would be compatible. I would suggest you reach out to Cybex USA for confirmation.
According to the Maxi-Cosi base compatibility chart, it is compatible storage.doreldigital.io/maxicosi/2023-05/Maxi-Cosi%20Compatibility%20Overview%20Bases%202023%20V1.pdf
Depends which model you are referring to. However Joie have a range of infant carriers which would all fit the Finiti. So you can find one that suits your needs
I have the Joie every stage which is secured by the seat belts and the child is secured by the harness. Now the child is up to stage 3 and has to be secured by the car seat belts. What now secures the seat to the car? Is the child seat put on to the car seat loose, the child installed on the seat and both the child and the child seat secured by the seat belt? Is that safe to do? Is the Joie car seat supposed to be removed from the car when not in use or is in supposed to be held in place by the car seat belt? video and instruction manual aren't clear on this, or I'm not clever enough to follow the instructions.
When you move to group 2/3 the seat is a non-isofix highback booster. It is secured via the vehicle lap and diagonal seat belt. There is no other fixing. Its useful to keep the booster seat installed with the seat belt even when not in use so it is secure in the vehicle.
Am from US and not able to find the maxi Cosi pebble 360 pro and it’s base in my state, the website does not seem to carry it either. Where can I buy it?
We have just purchased the pearl and are finding our baby's head slumps forwards really badly when he falls asleep. Could you please tell us how to fix this?
The overall angle of the seat will be dictated by the isofix position and vehicle seat angle. This can me mitigated by ensuring the child is positioned correctly in the seat and close to the buckle. We find that some children’s head does lull forward when they sleep. The best suggestion would be to contact the retailer you purchased from who will be able to check the fit for you.
I agree the slide-tech solution will be a game changer. The isofix base will fit all vehicles with i-Size locations. For any vehicle without designated i-size locations please refer to the manufacturer's approval list and your vehicle handbook. You can also pop into our Bristol showroom where we will be happy to advise. The removable insert in the Maxi-Cosi Coral 360 does indeed weigh only 1.7kgs. However the total weight including the outer shell is 5.5kgs in total.
if the car doesn't have isofix does the child seat just sit on top of the rear seat when used by a child over 18kg; i.e. does the car seat belt hold both the child AND the every stage in position?
Depends which seat you are referring to. The Joie i-Spin is only isofix and only suitable up to 105cm. If you choose the Joie Every Stage. This is only belted installation. This seat coverts to a highback booster seat from 15-36kgs
Hello! We have the old base z that we used with the old cloud z (purchased in 2021 before z2 came out). We’re now looking to get a toddler car seat which will be the sirona. Does the new sirona z2 fit on the old z base? Or do we have the purchase the new z2 base as well. If we’re able to use the old z base, does it limit the recline though? Thank you!
Hi, The Sirona Z2 will fit on the Base Z1. You will be able to recline the seat to the same angle on both seats. The only limitations with the old and new versions relate to the Cloud Z2. You cannot attach a Cloud Z2 onto a Base Z1.
Hi thank you for the review and info..we have an Egg 2 pram and Egg Stroller Multi Car Seat Adaptor will these work with the Z2? Or Z only? Looking to order the Z2 + base this week hopefully. Great video very clear thanks
Hi! I'm between this car and the Joie Versatrax. Is the folding more compact in the Finiti model? The wheels are the same exact size on both models?Thank you so much.
