What model of pixel are u using? Is that a hardware or software problem? I've heard some ppl said it might be a hardware problem because the issue are unable to fix by camera software other than android default one.
I was just about to buy this phone tomorrow (already ordered it, just needed to go to the store and pay for it). Thanks to guys like you, I just saved myself from a lot of headaches. Been reading the Pixel forums for 2 hours now and I'm really shocked, this is NOT a premium phone. This is some kind of driver issue - nasty, but fixable by software - , but Pixel has numerous hardware issues like the failing mic or the camera with the flare artifacts which will NEVER be solved in software. A strong lesson for Google - invest more time on testing devices, don't completely rely on software updates.
kevin Rudd well, I want a new premium phone that is not an iphone and runs stock latest android. so, with the pixel failing everyone, there is actually NO phone I can buy in 2016 which can satisfy me. perfect example of a situation where money don't bring you happines.. i'll stick to my bug free Nexus 5 for a while
