I found out you’re the 1st person to say what number to put on your sewing machine for the stitch length !!! People are showing you how to paper piece, but your the person I’ve heard say
I am so glad I did some research and thankfully I seem to have ordered a great one. I am just waiting for it to arrive from a shop here and I can hardly wait. This is an upgrade for me from a tiny Janome that doesn't even have a light over the needle. I think I will have the Cadillac now. lol
Hi cathy i purchased a brother innovis3600D in the spring and just stared using the sewing part of the machine unfortunately mid september i had a stroke and now i forget how to use the automatics threader would you please review that again so i can start using my machine again A review of all the symbols on the machine would be most helpful. I love your videos because you don't rush through everything and don't assume we are familiar with everything on the machine. thanks cathy I love to quilt and sew for the poor but i am at a standstill at the moment.
Hi Cathy, I have the Innovis NQ3600d. I hope you can help me solve this issue. For some reason, I can't get the machine to change the needle position when I am just sewing straight (not zigzag). I have read the guide but cannot find the answer. I think in trying to learn the machine, I pressed too many buttons and confused the machine. The repair store wants to charge tooo much to resolve this. Please help. THANKS!
Hi Cathy, I am from Scotland. I purchased the Brother Luminaire XP3. I just got my machine at Christmas 2023. Love your videos and your teaching is just perfect. So I’m starting today and going to watch all your videos so I can learn as much as possible. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It’s so much appreciated. ❤
Hi Cathy, Thanks so much for your helpful videos. I just got my first serger, a Celebrate! I'm delighted, but. I started out setting up to do a 2 thread Overlock. No problem, it works fine. Then I wanted to set up to do a 3 thread Overlock. I rotated the hand wheel to raise the needle. Then, when I try to move the subsidiary looper, it would easily slide to the left. Then I couldn't get it to swing clock-wise to the right. In fact, I can't move the subsidiary looper at all! Please help! I just can't wait for the lovely serger people at my store to come back from their weekend. I know you know just what my mistake was. Thanks so much!
This is quite an old model. It appears that it is a 4 thread model. In this case it would have two positions to place a needle. You can put a needle on each of them. If you don’t have a manual, I would suggest you order one. I searched the model on line and found several places were you can order one.
The pricing is higher but you can email me your contact information and I will honor the price. The 80 e is just the latest model. Email George.Moore@moores-sew.com
