The host, laughing hysterically and apologizing over and over again is definitely hilarious. However, this show was not a comedy sketch. It was an actual show that had various topics and this particular topic was not comedy. It was peoples lives. Now I understand being caught off guard by hearing, the different sounds coming from not only the gentleman being interviewed then it’s the man in the audience who also sounds funny when he speaks, but they all had traumatic experiences. Therefore, their stories were not funny, but their voices were. I’m pretty sure after he lost his job that was not funny either.
Be honest, if you were the host and wasn't able to fully prepare ahead of time for their voices (due to the guest running late) it's not likely many of us could do much better.
