Nice video, I'm still struggling with the end of my 7-year relationship. My significant other, who I considered to be the love of my life, left me a month ago, and I can't seem to shake the constant thoughts of him. Despite my efforts to bring him back into my life, nothing has worked, and I feel frustrated and hopeless. I've tried to move on, but my heart still longs for him, and I don't see myself with anyone else. I apologize for sharing this here, but I just can't seem to stop missing him.

I feel like she is promoting internalization of victim blame... Is that what you do with a narcissist?😳 You have to be in the right MINDSET: they are the problem not you. Otherwise, a manipulator will exploit any weakness they smell. If the narcissist neighbor is so bad to the point of being stalking and harassment... One stalking advocacy agency says that you should not talk to the stalker or even give them the opportunity, especially to manipulate and turn things around on you making the victim look like the perpetrator. (Only in the court of law and with witnesses should they be confronted.)🤷

Just FYI, I went over to talk to her because HOA asked me to do so. Upon doing so, she called in a "burglary" and sent a swat team to my house. I was read my Miranda rights in a parking lot while I was trying to file a restraining order against these people and I had to get a criminal attorney. Expensive, traumatic, very stressful, and beyond awful. She didn't like the way my car was parked one day for 15 minutes and filed an injunction for harassment! The best thing to do in my opinion is try to stay away from these kind of people as best as you can. Guaranteed they've done all this before somewhere else and they have their "schtick" down pat. Crazy.
That's a very good question. Not for everyone. It depends on the relationship that our traumas and false programs were created around. Some it's families, others love partners, some people in authority etc ❤🦋

I bought this program in 2018 , I have a new phone now and how do I get the program again on my new phone. I got a divorce from my narc , but sadly I think I got sucked into another not good relationship. And its like hell again. The hurt is so deep 😢😊

This is so interesting, Melanie! Recently, I had a conversation with someone about evolution and devolution… that both exist simultaneously in our lives… that one kind of experience can send us to a dark place and another experience can send us to a higher, brighter place…. That it seems that this process is going on simultaneously in our lives almost every day. However, if I’m dependent on outside forces to get me to that higher place and not relying on what is referred to in some esoteric teachings as the “3rd force blind” which could be thought of as inner volition I will remain stuck going back-and-forth from dark to light and never finding the middle ground where balance could exist. It seems that when I’m in that sacred space within, where negative and positive no longer rule, and I’m standing independently as a result of my own inner efforts it is then that “I am”…. That in those moments nothing that another does or says can affect my level of being or me… I understand, all too well, the circumstances and situation you described here today.
