i try do delete print file ,and when i want to print another file its error and the notification is failed to print, print task does not exist,how do i fix it

There is a problem in this software. Can someone tell me how to solve my problem? After ripping the file in the software, watermark is appearing on it. How can it be solved?

Hello. How am I able to change the language to English. I am able to get into some settings with the 111111 default password. But I am still unable to see the screen that says to change the language. Under Advanced Tab and Factory what is the password to unlock all 7 tabs "For language"
