Thanks for the great video...Harborplace will be revitalized in the next few years. Actually, it will be completely razed and transformed with new shops and restaurants. I can't wait to see it.
I almost got up and she said I have a beach house there and I go there every summer almost like every month of summer or sometimes I go to and I’m going next week actually in 2024 though
It was so fun i went July 28 2024 im in new jersey for the summer and i got a henna tattoo and i was to scared to go on thw green roller coster and we went 2 years ago we went to the beach for free and the water park 🎉❤
I went back in May. My first time there. I wish I had spent a couple of extra days there. The downfall of my visit was around 6pm when the homeless and addicts start hitting the boardwalk and starts to feel a bit unsafe. Otherwise, it was a good time there and I would return at some point.
We used to have our extended family reunion here every summer from around 1999 to 2014. Haven’t been back since. These walks bring back lot of child hood memories. Its crazy how so much has stayed the same over the years.
My parents took me and my brother down to Wildwood Crest every 4th of July for a week back in the 80's when we were kids with my cousins and aunts and uncles. We made such great memories. My wife and I have been taking my son and daughter to Wildwood Crest during 4th of July week for the past 8 years to carry on the tradition. A lot has changed, for the better, but a lot has also stayed the same which is great. We love Wildwood. I saw the tram car pass by in this video. I remember the tram car being 75 cents in the 80's and now it's $5.00. To be $5.00 literally 40 years later I guess you could consider that not too bad. But still, the price keeps going up pretty soon no one will be using the tram car.
I got an ice cream cone there at a company beach outing. There was a rusty nail in my butter pecan. That kind of ended it for me 😮. It was years ago. I haven't been back since, but I can live without it. It was 'a memory for a lifetime', lol.
This is an incredible video. As an Orioles fan from Atlanta, I don't know if I'll ever go to Camden and see a game or if I'll just see them in Truist so this was a great video.
I grew up in Atlantic City but no longer live there. I just want to THANK YOU for this awsome video! It brought back many fine memories... Blessings..1☺
Lovely video. Going up there in over a week for a couple of nights with the wife, to stay with a friend. Should be a great get away. Heck, I’m going to pretend we are is cruise ship for the 90minute ride back and forth. ;-)
I use to go to wildwood every summer as a child after I moved to Florida that all ended we’re taking a trip to wildwood for this first time in a couple years in August I’m excited to smell the salty air here the sounds I remember and eat the amazing food.
I was a lifeguard for 3 summers in Ocean City while in college. I go back every few summers, and as soon as that sea air hits me it feels like I'm 20 again. Great video.
It almost looks nice and normal , wheres all the hoes and drug dealers , filth , scum of the earth 🌎 that i see when i go to the airshow there every year ?
