How long have you been strictly finger detangling? I’ve been finger detangling for the last 8 months and I just can’t see ever picking up a comb again, except to make a part! 😅🌺
I no longer believe it is about genetics . Some how Aftican women assumed they could not grow hair . It was seen as an anomaly and once a girls hair grew to her collar she was whisked off into the fruitless cycle of relaxer or perms or goaded by jealous people into cutting it . I have now normalised that African should have long hair
@@JoyBNaturals it's always tucked in na,we are always tucking in the ends, always protective styling😂 we need to enjoy our hair while young ,is it in old age we will enjoy our hair🤔
The hair strands rubbing each other causes a lot of frictions. You should have listened to her properly. It’s always better to tuck your hair in. There are lots of ways to tuck the hair in and still look good and enjoy your hair. The joy you feel when your hair grows is amazing, not necessarily old age to enjoy it.
@@QueenEj tucking hair in always is not the definition of enjoying your hair, who gets to see the length except you are not bothered about people seeing your hair, once in a while it's good to let the hair flow out and enjoy the length, not every time it's tucked in
@@faithagamah8598 enjoying your hair is relative for everyone, I don't know what it means for you but for me it's different. I'm not living my life for anyone, I'll do what I feel is good for me per time🙂. These are just advice for you to see length retention if that is your goal. That's why I always say your goals will drive your actions and you don't have to do exactly what I do, do what works for you😊.
Psalms 118:8-9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes. Thanks for watching😊, do like, share and subscribe🙏.
I love that RU-vidrs are now talking about nutrition, l genuinely think it’s so important & it’s the fundamental to growing healthy hair. Thanks for sharing dear ❤
I agree with you regarding how important it is to nourish our bodies because hair, skin, and nails aren't needed for the body to survive. Our bodies are smart and if the nutrients are lacking, the body will take what it needs to function. Now with that being said not everyone's biology can handle legumes, fruits, nuts, or smoothies. Many people are unable to get enough nutrition from fruit and nuts. Fruit is high in sugar and vitamin profile is low compared to eggs and meat. Bodies require a balance of protein and healthy fats. Legumes can be harsh on the digestive system due to the fibrous content which can lead to inflammation of the gut. Too many sweet fruits can lead to prediabetes/ diabetes. Beef, chicken, lamb, and eggs have a high protein profile and healthy fat. Collagen, biotin, all the b complex vitamins and minerals are present in meat. It's easily digestible and in spite of the stats, there is no evidence to suggest eating meat causes cancer or heart disease. I'm not suggesting people should not eat fruit, nuts, and legumes but we are omnivores so balance in our diet is key. I used to eat those very things suggested and I paid a high price. I was prediabetic, iron deficient, and my health and hair suffered. My diet is mainly beef, eggs, poultry sometimes, I don't eat fruit ever because too much sugar and avocado is the only green I eat. My hair is waist length. I just wanted to let other women know there are other options so just try to see what works before going all in on one specific way of eating. Take care and God bless ❣️🙏🏽
Thanks for sharing. Like I always say in the end do what works for you, I never fail to say this in my videos. There is no one size fit all in things like this. Someone may do it and get away with it while you may do it and suffer negative consequences.
It's not enough to just wish for healthy long hair, are you willing and ready to put in the work🤔? That's includes the topic for today which is often overlooked by many. 😊Thanks for watching guys, please like👍, Share 🤝 and subscribe🙏
@@JoyBNaturalswell dont know what happened cause left to watch other videos and had no issue with audio but came back now and audio is on. Thanks for checking nonetheless
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Trust and Believe God for your hair goals, it works😊. Thanks for watching, do give this video a like👍, share and subscribe🤗.
This stylist I went to for a wash and blow dry really made me depressed with her comments . The fun fact was she wasn’t doing things right and I had to subtly correct her handling multiple times , in that moment I wasn’t offended because I knew she saw my hair as too much work
Great video sis! I thing you forgot to mention is her diet. She eat legumes , fruits and vegetables. She takes them religiously. Hair growth starts from within , your diet plays a big part . Thanks for the video sis ❤
