Drink plain fucking water, hydrogen is a gas and will escape from the water bottle like air but even faster, they just added some food coloring to it. The same thing is with alkaline water, it does nothing and gets neutralised in your stomach, if it somehow actually gets into your blood, instead of getting medical benefits, you will be 12 feet under. Hydrogen is made with water electrolysis, it is extremely flammable and when it burns, you get back your water vapor back. One cool thing you could do with it, is the same thing that you could do with helium, but this gas is flammable and will give you a higher pitched voice than helium if you inhale it and talk.

Okay, riddle me this. If the "hydrogen gas" is in the container at the bottom, how many times can you use this product? Once. Because hydrogen gas cannot be generated.
@@topflight8205you do realize that water can only hold 2, I repeat, *2* hydrogen atoms, hence the name H2O, any extra hydrogen gets released into the atmosphere. It’s basic chemistry, if you don’t believe me do your own research, on top of that the original poster is right, in accordance with 3g/100g or more being water soluble, hydrogen is *NOT* water soluble.
