Nice town, my grandfather & step- grandmother has a modest, but nice one story, red probably ranch house I guess, on Tower Rd this was early 60's till 1966-67,I was little then. I recall a couple or three, maybe four Christmas Day afternoon dinners there with some gathered step- family. Memories

I grew up in Forge Village, it was magical then... it was a small town feel, everyone knew everyone... so much to do for kids with the lake and woods, quarries, so much fun.
If you like hard water, confused liberals, a lack of self awareness/ common sense, and taxes that double every ten years only to benefit spoiled Rugrats in the school system... This is your place!
You captured Sudbury's essence, but missed some details - the Rt 20 retail corridor (including more restaurants than the only one you mentioned in town center), our wonderful library, our July 4 parade, our long-running town meeting form of government (as quaint as Bob Newhart's Vermont), and of course who wouldn't want to live in zip code 01776? Now, if you were to do an update one year later, you could add our brand new community center and soon the TWO rail trails that intersect just north of our retail corridor: the Bruce Freeman running for 20+ miles north from Sudbury (soon to continue south to Framingham) to Lowell, and the Mass Central running east-west, eventually across the entire state!

I’m 14 years old and I live in Iceland, I really want to move to the USA when I’m 16. If I’ll move I will live with a family that my dad knows really well in Sherborn. The question I want to ask you is about the highschool, is there a school bus that drives you to and from the school or do you just have to drive?
I couldn't stand living in any of those wealthy towns if they all acted snobby- nosed like you......People look down on regular people when they have lots of money and it shows in their expression when they have to deal with low-income people.....
After growing up in Natick and living in Sherborn for 17 years, when my two sons went to the schools in Sherborn and Dover,it is a wonderful place to live. You are wrong about the water. The only place there is town water is in the small downtown area. Everywhere else you need a private well that is maintained by the homeowners like the private septic systems. I know it's spelled Sherborn but the natives call it Sherbin. We always knew who the newcomers were by them mispronouncing the name of the town. You didn't mention all the beautiful hiking trails in town. I'm living in beautiful NH now and not missing the high taxes.
Thank you, Deb, for that correction! The taxes are high in “Sherbin”’for sure which I point out to people new to our area- it does keep the home prices lower!
Clueless woke realtor. Such shame in stating that it's '80% white' with disdain and 'We're getting better all the time'. A smart/experienced realtor would just give demographics and leave it at that, remain completely neutral. Don't inflect your opinion on such matters as race/religion/politics etc...What a turn off! and you should know better! That's real estate 101, lady you're clueless. I would never buy a house from you or trust you just based on that alone. If you were in a majority African American community or Majority Hispanic community would you say the same? Referring to Washington Heights or Harlem for example as not diverse enough? No, you would not. "It's 80% African American but we're getting better all the time". Think about it. Has nothing to do with White/black/Asian/Hispanic, it's your approach as a realtor that's all wrong.
There’s actually 4 commuter rail stations. I grew up in Needham and can honestly say I’m one of the luckiest people in the world. Needham is the greatest town in the country and I had the greatest childhood in Needham. I grew up on (my opinion) the greatest st in the greatest town. I grew up on Coolidge Ave one of the ladder streets ❤
