Thank you Linda, for talking about the no meat - no dairy way of eating. I have done the same thing for many years. I always have enough energy to tend to my horses, other animals, the farm and go to the gym 😁

Tip the nose! Great advice. Bendy like a banana… I love your advice here, when you said if the horse isn’t relaxed do less with your legs and stay in a walk and wait for relaxation. Your videos and advice are so valuable. I love the way you describe it all. Thank you. 🦋❤

So true, see it all the time at Dressage. A horse is tense so some people try to control their horse more, control the speed or control the frame. Love that I found your channel! ❤

❤So heartwarming to see the 'horse-connection' community grow. It's a really important time in the Equestrian world where more people have to turn towards a friendship based partnership with their horses, instead of a master- and- servant program. Very important also that Linda mentioned that not every horse owner can evolve intellectually to the point of 'connection', but if you are able to, then I think every horse person should strive to re-educate themselves. ❤

As horsemen we need to be 1. Students 2. Stewards 3. Leader 4.teacher/coach 5. Partner(sr) 6. Friend

I think of the steps as 1. Attention 2. Attraction (Connection) 3. Acceptance (will do) 4. Agreement (want to) 5. Attachment (with-you-ness) 6. Attunement (centaurism - one with each other)

I followed all your teachings from the getgo and developed a great foundation with my horse, but I was only after many years of experience that I understood the deeper meanings of it all. Its a beautiful thing.

So happy to find you again, Linda. Years ago, I passed my Level 3. Now I have a new horse in training in a barn and want to find ways to keep him relaxed and happy on the ground as I am not a rider. I know I couldn't go wrong following your teachings!
