Why hasn't there been a lawsuit using the overage to justify getting the bluesheets. The overage dilutes the value of our shares and it is illegal to carry a short position into a private company. Reg sho is the law that prohibits that. Can't locate shares to return when they are not traded on any market.

or ask finra are you aware of at least one short share not closed and more importantly are you aware of a large number of short shares not closed and will they be required to close as required by law and are these short and naked short shares mostly pros not mom and pop retail traders are they brokers hedge funds govt people ? people they would have inside knowledge people close to finra employees or finra themselves z?? they should have to answer this this would then prompt a fraud investigation with fbi raiding offices like they have raided others homes
