All it took was me using an extension to block a dozen clickbait YT channels entirely to find quality videos like yours. Just text on-screen and gameplay, simple. Thanks for the footage of the garg and other mods that I can stomach
I realized something about an hour ago, when I was watching another video about this mod. When you get that message on your PDA in the Crater Edge, saying that "The odds of surviving an encounter with an Apex-Class Leviathan are 3,720 to 1. Are you certain..." It cuts off, kinda like it's getting interference, and then switches to a different voice that asks if "You are ready to die?" I think that was the Gargantuan Leviathan asking you that, but what really scares me the most is that it basically picks up where the PDA left off in the previous question. "The odds of surviving an encounter with an Apex-Class Leviathan are 3,720 to 1. Are you certain... You are ready to die?" So, not only is this thing a creature that can create shockwaves with just its roar, emit bioelectricity, siphon energy from your vehicles, and eat you in a single bite, but it also has telepathy, and is intelligent, like the goddamn Sea Emperor! See, this is why I am both dreading _and_ looking forward to the day that this mod is released to the public. This kinda terror is actually really cool, for some reason. I don't know why, but things that are intended to invoke a sense of fear or dread like this absolute _monstrosity_ of a fish, and manage to actually do it well, are really, really cool to me.
The cutscene could definitely use some tweaks, I'm not sure what extent is possible in the Subnautica Engine but I'd love to see any improvements made in future builds
14:45 - 15:00 ive noticed that your the only person i can find that has pointed this/fallen reefie out in the mod (other than the wiki for the mod) PLUS apparently there a ghosty skeletons too and again i see few people point this out
Always found the adult garg to be just stupid. Like it was WAY too big. Just make it the size of the planet at that point. It’s an unsustainable size to be in any way viable and it’s beyond game breaking
