Anyone recall his advertisement for the U.S. Treasury Department Savings Bonds? It’s just too bad that the ad was never seen on tv or theatre screens; it was just shown in schools as well as being seen by civic and fraternal clubs.
Too bad that James Mitchum’s retired, he might just have possibly been good for a movie titled “ALVAREZ KELLY MEETS THE LONE RANGER”, and in the old William Holden role, too.
And just what kind of a rich man tries to protect his son from being prosecuted for robbery? That's the voice of Ivan Naranjo. Whilst he enjoyed a lot of steady work in his career, he never really had a big breakout role. He was a used car salesman in Season 2, ep one of Knight Rider as a Used car salesman, cameo'ed in Malcolm in the Middle, stuff like that. It sounds like he's trying to emulate the original Tonto, Jay Silverheels, but it would have been better if he used his natural voice.
