Agriweld is a family owned and run agricultural machinery manufacturing company with almost 30 years’ experience in the field, located in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds.
Looks good depends on the condition of the field to not plough and move away from ploughing a tradition that’s been done for yrs could probably loose yield in time steel needs to go through the ground
@@jeffreystephenson6946 the idea is to do minimum cultivation and hopefully save on costs per acre and wages and fuel the wage bill is important I think it will come to the time when the workers will be self employed when they are busy you can have as much time in as possible then when they have caught up call you when we are busy
@@AdrianCalcagnileyeah exactly why use a power harrow a tine or disc would be cheaper power harrows use a lot of fuel and have money working parts that wear inside and out I should know have used them for 40 years
Not Sure About Removing Compaction ?,As The Heavy Tractor is Driving Straight Back Over The Area it Just Lifted,A Rear Subsoiler is Behind the Tractor so Not Pushing the Soil Back Down. Looks a Bit Complicated For What it is Doing.
in what way? The Assist can run up to 300mm which provides more than enough minimum disturbance effectiveness and has produced good results over several seasons
video looks amazing, just one thing I can't understand, why do you need to drag so much metal thought this poor soil. things could be done so much simplier.
Hi.. This is pertaining your video almost 4 years ago, It was about a home made improvised pipe cutting tool. Was very much interested in it have some pipes to cut and was looking for an automated tool.. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
Dean, I like to learn about this equipment. I think it's pretty neat. I have about 300 pipes which range between 30-40 inch OD and about .90 inches in thickness. Was looking for some automated system to get this job done on a quick note. Can you advise me on this? I tried calling agriweld out in OR but it appears the their phone number is not active.
Hi, please, visit www.etubespro.com This approach is frankly cheaper than any other method. There is no need for any fancy software nor sophisticated equipment to achieve always a perfect fit and welding!.
It wasn't bad at all, we cut about 20 sections and on each section they were about 1.5mm off square! It took no more than half an hour to cut them all. Dean
Far to slow ! Should just buy a superchaser QM like I did for my straw contracting business pick 18 quads at a time transport and stacks 9 bales high off setting the top 2 as well
@TheHally2795 Yes, they are. A 4 bale accumulator is currently £3495 and a 6 bale accumulator, as shown above is £4195.00. Prices do not include delivery or VAT. Thanks for your comments.
@TheHally2795 Andrew Manfield, a straw contractor approached me with his idea of a quadrant bale accumulator, to fit his Case IH CVX which used hydraulic rams to clamp the bales. However, after designing and quoting a price for Andrew's idea, he decided the costs were too high, and asked me, Dean Foster, to come up with a new design to decrease costs, which I did as seen above, using two tines at the rear and two serrated discs that dig into the bale in order to hold it in place during movement.
Yes it would adjust to take D1000 and were thinking of making the unit to carry 4 bales on front linkage and 4 bales on rear due to the fact the unit is a bit wide to transport down the road because it is not hyd folding. As well as we are thinking of making a unit to fit Telehandler, which would be able to stack and possibly carry 2-4 bales on top of each other, depending on bale size, with some cunning greedy boards. Yes the baler does have an accumulator on it.
