Here I am happy to take a bet. Wind turbines are soon on their way out; they will be replaced by another type of wind turbine, equally efficient but much smaller and cheaper. Geothermal energy is surprisingly gaining ground. Solar cells will become at least twice as efficient per unit area. We will have homes where robots take care of most things -- particularly crucial for the severely disabled. Many innovations will benefit only the wealthy, and with a new type of batteries, drones will become as much a menace as a good invention.
2025 is next year already. And we should use hydrogen powered cars, not electric ones. We don't have a climate emergency. I can't wait to see faster transportation still!
You also don't mention that the climate, if 2050,the technology is advanced, we should be improving the climate circumstances to low down the damages of the climate or no damages, the climate control is down, then we have more power to universe exploring

AI is putting people out of work. So what will the government do when so many people are replaced by AI and then robots? Everlasting life and immortality are very different things. Everlasting life just means you won't grow old and die of natural means. You could go on living indefinitely. Immortality, on the other hand, means you cannot die period. Not even superman was immortal.
