In my opinion all them charges are fake, I don't have any info just thinking about it logically, why would someone like Filly do that, he literally has everything, he achieved so much in his career, extremely successful why would he randomly decided to do something that stupid, it doesn't make sense or add up. They need to make a new law about these weird rape cases honestly I feel like some people are just blasting/abusing the law coz I promise you after this case is finished and let's say Filly is innocent, career is damaged + the girls name wouldn't even be mentioned, no charges will be put on her like she doesn't exist. The name won't get reveled. This case will disappear and that same girl will probably do it to another person 1 day like its a joke.
Just because someone has success and they're a celebrity does NOT mean they're above doing these types of crimes, AT ALL. E.g. Look at all the Diddy information that is coming out, he had everything, achieved so much, had extreme success, and yet did so much wrong. Also, there's no need for a 'new law' since in Australia they take false accusations seriously, it IS a crime. No woman would come forward and make all of this stuff up over in Australia without knowing that she will face the full force of the law if she lied. It's literally up to a 7 year prison term for lying... At the end of the day, you don't know these celebrities and internet personalities. My initial reaction was that surely Filly wouldn't do such a thing, but don't be so naive. There's countless examples to teach you this.

He has already tried everything to improve his own mental health, I think you and he are missing the point (no offense) That's the way he is, the only way for him to get "better" is to learn to recognize the path he keeps coming back to walk on, he's not really looking for viewers approval, it is a consequence of who he is, if he doesn't get the viewer's approval, he falls into depression, if he gets approval, he is brought to the brink of a mental breakdown, so he exposes himself even more to potential danger... He and the people around him should pay more attention to when he is at a high point than when he is at a low point, because after the height there is a sudden fall in his mind, it is inevitable for him, he should try to recognize it in time and simply stop at the highest edge before the fall, wait for the down period to pass and return, that pattern will repeat itself throughout all his life, he must accept it and he's gonna be free.
