For those wondering, Guruji's recommends everyone follow some basic Devi Maryada as fundamental sadhana. These are all mostly lifestyle changes which ask you to live in better tune with nature. He has a video in detail about it on his channel, but I will give it in short here also to give you an idea. They are basically to wake up before sunrise, watch sunrise and get 1+ hours of sunlight on bare skin every day, early sunlight is most beneficial (men can go shirtless, women do their best) also wear orange glasses after sunset/minimize artificial light use after sunset. Second, drink water from glass container left in sun for 10+ mins, and drink a lot more water than most people do habitually, at least 4 liters a day. Third, take cold showers. Fourth, walk barefoot on soil often and sleep with your head to south feet to north. Fifth, eat only between sunrise and sunset. Sixth, Sleep before 10:30pm or as early as you can, and wake up without an alarm, maximum ideal time is 3:30 but it is good if you can manage to wake up before sunrise at least as said before. Finally there is Kali Devi Maryada which is to visualize you day as being very spacious, with every hour having a kilometer distance between them, feel that each hour to occupy is a wide space for you to relaxedly and comfortably do the needed task.
The problem really is there is no longer family meals where we sit down and eat together, everyone is running with their to go slice of pizza or kolaches or donuts. All running after the Thames Nadi dead end careers while their body languishes. Love your content ❤
