Still remember playing this on my ps2. On my first playthrough, I was flying around SOLG just to see what this thing is. Then, I saw there is a hole behind. Of course when there is hole, I immediately think maybe this is also a tunnel run but decide to do later when finding the ace pilot. And that is how I found out that going through there using a gun will be an instant win.

I have finished this game very recently on emulation too and instead of using missiles, I just used the bombs of the mig 1.44 cuz I selected it for the previous mission. Using bombs against any large air boss fight makes them pathetically easy lol
Yes. Your wingmen uses the same plane that you use, with exception of two-seater aircraft. Flying a two-seater will result in your wingmen using the F/C-15 instead.
Only doing canon craft which I think it's the F-22 since Project Aces put Antares F-22 in games after Joint Assault despite the Su-37 cutscene at the end of the game.
Unfortunately I won't have that experience :( On a side note, I wanna know what was going through Project Aces minds when they came up with the idea of a 747 mission.
@@StriderPhantom me and friend did that playthrough as coop before.. heck we recorded that and posted on both channels. We find some change in dialogue and access to joint assault type mission like the dragon killer mission (mission 13 and 14) Also yes... But atleast it's because an inspiration for ac7 to shoot down annoying characters
The thing with Ace Combat is that I can never decide which one is my favorite. One day I might be feeling 5, or 4, or Zero. You can't deny, though, that EVERY GAME has a banger soundtrack. Hell, even Assault Horizon
