Fala jose, blz? Estudei building engineering aqui no Canadá. Moro aqui há 2 anos e meio. Se precisar de ajuda com alguma informação me avisa. Manda algum contato que eu te adiciono. Faço isso pois há alguns anos atrás eu daria tudo pra que alguém pudesse fazer isso por mim.
@@TomStephensontraining Thanks tom, I'm working on project management software for construction and your lecture helped me a lot in understanding construction and project management 🙏
Would you say lean principles apply throughout the pre construction and construction phases? During planning stages we keep in mind potential waste on the job when construction begins. During estimating and scheduling?
Thank you so much Mr. Stephen! I started MS Training a few days ago and I want to watch all your videos, starting from the oldest one. Love you from Calgary, Alberta. :)
Thank you so much professor! I have worked as planning engineer using primavera in years. This time I needed MSP which i had never used before. Your videos helped me so much! God bless! Thank you again
Professor, I have been watching your videos. I am wondering do you have a MS project schedule for residential construction? which can help us understand how the whole detailed steps required. Could you mind to share with me? Appreciated.
Which factors determine our first salary as fresher in new job as engineer or general and how to get the highest range salary possible or more than anyone else if it's possible through any methods ? Which books can share insights about it...
Hey TOM... I have fallen in love with construction management just because of you. Thanks for giving me my life love. I'm from Pakistan i will graduate on 20th of July exactly after 5 days in civil engineering. What are the skills that i need to enter into construction managemer world? I KNOW a lot of skills are needed to be learned.I'm asking what should be entry point? Currently i only knew thretoical things like beams and columns, etc. You are doing a great work by transferring your valuable knowledge to future of construction world...
I tried applying the resources to my own project, a simple 4 group tasks, any idea why on resource graph it says 'unavailable for cost resources'? Not showing even the allocated ones
First of all thank you for your tutorial videos, you explained them clearly in an easy understandable way. I have a suggestion here which maybe you can upload a copy of your microsoft project file so that we can have hands on practice along while watching your tutorial video.
Hi Chai, thanks for watching, check my playlists and look for Ms Project the course. In the description of these videos I provide a link to the file that you can follow along with. I hope that helps.
I just started a trial period on MS Project and mine doesn't like this at all. The top tool bar is missing completely. It looks very simplified down to just task lists in the grid, board, timeline and chart views. There is no plethora of tools and no excel chart to inform the timeline and critical path the way you're showing here. Do you know the reason?? Did they completely change the design of MS Project recently?
I think what is going on is you have the online version and you are just going into the MS project stripped down online version without accessing the version that gets downloaded to your laptop. I had this happen to me and it’s very frustrating. Check your laptop and type in project and see if MMS project is an icon that comes up by check I mean just do a search if it does click on it and you should be good to go. If not, then you should talk to Microsoft rep and see how to download that with your subscription. I hope that helps.
@@TomStephensontraining I see. I am using a Macbook Pro and I'm not certain if I can download MS Project directly onto the laptop and didn't see that option while clicking on the trial version. I will look into it and see what my options are.
