I'm an organ recipient I was in the hospital on my deathbed and given 6 days to get an organ offer or I would be pulled off the transplant list. The following morning was my actual Birthday and the doctors all walked in telling me that they had a birthday present for me. I got the liver that evening. I thank God and my donor Joshua Lorenz for giving me a second chance at life. I wish to thank all organ donors and their families. I'm going on 12 years and I'm doing great. 😢

A very genuine reaction that is/was experienced by myself as well as most of the other 100 or so reactions I've watched. James Blunt is a great artist. He paints pictures with his songs that elicit emotions you either didn't think you had...or that you had under iron-clad control...and don't! But to know the entire story behind the song and the actual performance makes it all reach far deeper than it otherwise might have. Add to that James' genuine generosity and humanity in his donating all proceeds to heroes who put life and limb at risk in the service of their country and its people. A truly heart-warming performance that hits home from a genuinely good person. Thanks James...Well Done Lad!

My only complaint about this performance is that cell phones at the time didn’t do a great job of picking up the bass or percussion. It’s still great however.

A little note about this, this was done to grant the wish of a child through the Make a Wish Foundation. It was backstage before or after a concert, that is all I know. It was recorded by a family member on a cell phone, who then posted it. But yeah that's the story.

Also they just released a Christmas album, Greatest Christmas Hits, 31 songs, 8 of which are new. Please Santa please is the only new one with a video, but I also highly recommend Oh holy night and Christmas (baby please come home)
