The most satisfying moment was when he cut the omelet with a knife and the half-cocked egg yolk flowed out like lava coming from a volcano. He made everything look so easy, but it was by no means easy, for I had seen other people making Omurice and not that many people could do it as skillfully as this guy did. I cannot tell the taste by just watching the video, but what I can say is that this guy's cooking does not only demonstrate skills, but is also entertaining -- it was just fun to watch him cook. This video is several years old. I hope that as of today, the restaurant is still in business -- this Omurice chef deserves it.
It’s awesome to know you’re alive when someone who’s the best ever at a specific thing is around. This dish is seriously hard to do without messing up. To nail at the level of him is damn near impossible. To nail it every time is something you work at your whole life and dedicate yourself to achieving.
