I didn't know going over the international date line moved you forward a whole year! Or this video has been sent back in time violating causality. If the latter know that I've already put an arbitrage trade in place to profit from this future information!
Just trying to help people who are planning ahead for their trip! Let me know if that arbitrage trade works out though-might need a cut for helping you bend the rules of causality!
During my stay I only remember there being front desk staff in the lobby. They were super friendly and professional though! I'm sure they'd be more than willing to assist you with any bookings or questions you may have as long as they are within reason. Hope this helps!
Happy to hear that Alvin, it is definitely a beautiful property. I hope you have a wonderful stay and great experience in Osaka! It’s my most favorite city in the world!
Hi - thank you for the tour! I was wondering about the sound insulation there, as this hotel appears to located on a main street. Was it really quiet in your room? Any other issues?
We did not have any issues with the sound insulation and the room was perfect for us. The Main Street got pretty quiet after 11pm and I found it to be very peaceful for such a tourist heavy area. Hope this helps!
@darth.severu5 If you could share more about your stay, i'm sure it could help other travelers planning to go to Taiwan! It did look quite dated from the outside but hopefully the new Park Hyatt is able to deliver.
It’s not a lie. I have reservation for September and I will pay 62,5 usd for TWO person in private room with private bathroom. Of course in center Tokyo.
@@PictureOfGhostyes at that month (september) at 2023. But 2024 there is increasing hotel price plus tax. On cherry blossom season at tokyo, yokohama gotemba, kyoto and osaka almost 3X.
@jaywrightNY Do you mind me asking what month your traveling to Japan? I haven't seen any economy flights from New York to Tokyo for more than $1,495 (late May - early August are the most expensive). I typically use Google Flights to compare all airlines at once.
@shirleygoh Heyhey. Of the two I think i'd pick the Mercure just based on the room. The L7 seemed better in every other aspect though (bigger lobby with things for guests to do, big fitness center, etc). If you have the means, my favorite hotel in Hongdae is the RYSE, Autograph Collection hotel right across the street. It easily beats the L7 and Mercure for me! Hope this helps.
I had the privilege to stay here for 3 days, but unfortunately, was not able to enjoy the free amenities cause I got sick for 3 days, just stayed in my room and ordered room service instead...sad, ill definitely go back to this fabulous hotel
