Thank you. There isn't a really any magic formula 'in camera' to create B&W. Focus more on a photo scene that isn't colour dominate helps you focus on other things such as story telling, emotion, etc. You can always convert to B&W later in editing to enhance the later. Colour can be distracting if not necessary in the photo.
Beautiful shots Linda! fantastic! I love street photography too! my shots are just snapshot though! compared to your work! I need to get in the zone, but still I love street! keep up the great work Linda JD
Hey Linda, Really lovely work. Your photos are stunning. They kept me wanting more. How about you actually do a video of a day out, where you explain what you are doing, why, what you're using and your feelings. It would be really interesting.
Hi, I'm a beginner photographer and I love your work. Black and white photography has become a passion of mine because I love how black and white captures emotion as well as color! What made you decide to want to do black and white photography?
Nile Garner Thanks Nile. You've hit on the nail on the head about capturing emotion. Colour is great when used correctly too, but I find my eyes captures moment that suit a more black and white style.
